The Brian Williams spiral continues. NBC has been quietly scrubbing lyin Brian’s name off Night News broadcasts and the official website. Sucks to be him I guess. Many people don’t expect Williams to ever report to NBC Nightly News. Considering NBC’s track record, and zero credibility, I see him returning and continuing on like nothing happened.

In a further slap to disgraced NBC anchor Brian Williams, NBC News is pulling his name from its “Nightly News with Brian Williams” broadcast starting Wednesday evening, sources exclusively tell Page Six.
And we further hear that Williams’ name will disappear from the “Nightly News with Brian Williams” website, social media feeds and other promotional materials.
“If they left Brian’s name on there, [replacement] Lester Holt would have to explain to the audience every night that he’s standing in for Brian, which is not an ideal situation,” a source said.
The source added that the removal of Williams’ name is not only a significant, further slap to the disgraced anchor, but removing Williams’ name was “a bit more complicated than you’d think” because it extends to its website, social media feeds and other branded material.
