Andrew Neal is ‘allegedly’ the black thug who targeted and shot a Minneapolis Cop earlier this morning when the MPD officer Jordan Davis was responding to a burglary. Andrew Neal is yet another example of consequences from Al Sharpton and the media’s anti-cop rhetoric. Thankfully, the cop should be OK, though he’s in the hospital at this time. This could have been a repeat of New York City targeting cops that lead to the deaths of two NYPD officers.
