NBC apparently hasn’t gotten the memo on Brian Williams the liar. NBC apparently aired the ‘trust’ promo they used to once promote Brian Williams and NBC Nightly News. In case NBC has already forgotten, Brian Williams has been suspended until August for lying about the news. Twitchy grabbed a tweet from Larry Sabato who saw it on the east coast.
Brian Williams, the NBC News anchor with an apparent habit of “misremembering” many of his more heroic deeds, hasn’t yet returned from his suspension, but he reportedly made a quick cameo on the network tonight in a promotional spot on the theme of “trust.”
Larry Sabato, director of the University of Virginia Center for Politics, caught the errant spot Monday night.
