Did Hillary Clinton sign the “separation” form OF109 when she left the State Department? If she did, and then lied about turning over all her e–mails to the State Department, that would be a felony. Of course, Neither Jen Psaki nor Valley Girl Marie Harf will answer the question if Hillary Clinton signed the SF109 form.

There another issue here. Maybe Hillary Clinton didn’t sign QF109. IF she didn’t sign the form, then Hillary Clinton violated State Department policy. Of course, since she’s a Clinton and a Democrat, Hillary always assumes she is above the law anyway.
Ric Grennel, State Department spokesman, appeared on The Kelly File last evening and said there is no chance she wouldn’t have been asked to sign this form.
He said that she would have been debriefed and asked if she returned everything.
An important point not being mentioned, Grennell added, is that without a state.gov email, no one in the field could contact her unless they knew her personally.
Material that was turned over was selected by her after she did her own key word search and everything else was deleted. There was no document by document search. This is egregious, Megyn Kelly said.
