Paperwork. That was a get out out of jail free card for 101 thugs arrested in the Baltimore so called protests. Yes, mounting paperwork allowed 101 thugs to go free and back to the streets to start up in Baltimore. Isn’t Democrat controlled cesspools like Baltimore just wonderful?

So here’s the message to rioters, looters and arsonists in Baltimore. If you are caught burning down a senior center, or looting a CVS, you’ll get released early from jail because of paperwork.
