Not being a huge fan of Rand Paul, I do admire his stand against Bush Patriot Act. Rand Paul’s filibuster lasted 10 hours and 30 minutes before he finally had enough. Even though Rand Paul rightly stands against the Patriot Act, he knows give government Republicans and most Democrats support NSA surveillance

Ok, technically it wasn’t really a filibuster. But Rand Paul and a few Democrats are right about the Patriot Act. It’s time to throw it in the trash with along the Obama/Bush doctrine.
