Some Memphis neighborhoods are home to sex offenders and after a FOX13 investigation, it turns out many of them are undocumented immigrants.
FOX13 discovered this information while digging through hundreds of zip codes within a nationwide database.
The government has tried to deport most of these people, but a Supreme Court ruling requires they be released after six months in jail if their home country won’t take them back.
FOX13 obtained a list of every zip code in the country where the offenders called home at their time of release.
