Eliazar Rivas-Rodriguez is accused of touching the 17-year-old girls over the Fourth of July weekend.

According to the arrest warrant, Rivas-Rodriguez grabbed both girls in the crotch multiple times, then held one by the ankle underwater when she tried to get away.

A Muskegon County judge set his bond at $50,000.

If convicted, Rivas-Rodriguez could spend two years in state prison or be deported.

I guess the only good thing we can say about illegal alien Eliazar Rivas-Rodriguez is at least he didn’t kill anyone.
