All day, Ben Carson has been whining about ‘dirty tricks’ of the Ted Cruz campaign leaking a story that Ben Carson was done after Iowa and was going back to Florida while skipping New Hampshire and South Carolina. Problem for Carson is he is directing his whining at the wrong person. It was CNN and hack Jake Tapper who broke the story before the Iowa caucuses that Ben Carson was going home to Florida and skipping New Hampshire and South Carolina. In fact, Tapper’s tweet is still there and surprising hasn’t been deleted yet.

Carson won't go to NH/SC, but instead will head home to Florida for some R&R. He'll be in DC Thursday for the National Prayer Breakfast.

Ben Carson is coming off as a whiny progressive. Even had that story not broke last night, does he really think he would have done better than 9.3% like he got last night? Not even close. Ben Carson needs to stop the whining. Going home to Florida for a ‘fresh pair of clothes’ or whatever was meant to distract when it was put out in the first place. Don’t blame Ted Cruz or his staffer for CNN misrepresenting what you intended to say. Next time, be a little bit more clear, and less whiny.
