I have NO IDEA what nationality Cascade Mall shooter in Burlington is but he could be Arab based on the pic I've seen.

Speculation on social media is that the shooter is either Arab or Hispanic, but no one knows for sure. There are many other injured at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, others could still possibly die unfortunately.
