The dash-cam video of the Charlotte police shooting of Keith Scott has finally been released to the public. You can watch it yourself and make your own decision if Scott looks like he had a gun. I can’t as the video appears too grainy to me.

Regardless if Keith Scott had a gun, or had marijuana, it does not justify black lives matter terrorists riots, looting and beating people.
