While CNN was still covering Russia, a terrorist attack in Manchester England at an Ariana Grande concert has killed at least 20 and injured dozes of other people. An explosion inside the Manchester Arena went off, shortly after the Ariana Grande concert ended, around midnight.
UK officials are treating this as a terrorist attack.

This has all the hallmarks of an ISIS terrorist attack. We’ll see if they claim responsibility for the attack.
