Four Democrats plead guilty to felony voter fraud in New York – political party associated with Obama’s ACORN
Now this is progressive! It’s not only the Chicago way, it’s the Democrat way, period. According to Fox News, Four Democrat officials and political operatives have pleaded guilty to felony voter fraud in an alleged scheme to steal a New York election. Troy Democratic City Clerk William McInerney, Democratic Councilman John Brown, and Democratic political operatives Anthony Renna and Anthony DeFiglio have entered guilty pleas in the case in which they “allegedly” tried to manipulate the electoral system and throw an election the Democrat. This includes the “alleged” forging of signatures of unsuspecting voters that are then cast as real votes. Oh, the signatures were “allegedly” forged on absentee ballots in the 2009 Working Families Party primary. This is/was the political party that was associated with Obama’s group ACORN.

And Obama still has over a week to go before his 17 day vacation too. According to American Spectator, at least five ACORN leaders have visted the White House in 2011.
Obama gives $700,000 taxpayer money to ACORN Housing group AHCOA
This time it’s not just Obama weaseling his way around things to shower his “friends” with tax payer money. AHCOA or is known as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now. Before James O’Keefe and Hanna Giles exposed Acorn for the fraud that they were and Acorn disbanded (and split into over hundred different pieces) this group was known as ACORN Housing. According to the Daily Caller, not only Obama but the Government Accountability Office incorrectly argued that a specific organization wasn’t ACORN-affiliated. Where i come from, this is lying. Not “incorrectly argued.” So much for the GAO.

Obama’s Jobs for America act makes ACORN Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) eligible for $15 Billion in taxpayer money
If you love Obama, you gotta pass his bill! Not only to pay off the unions and trial lawyers, but also ACORN. According to Pajamas Media, ACORN and other radical leftist groups will be eligible for up to $15 billion in federal funding under Obama’s “Jobs for America Act.”
The draft legislation, which had not yet been introduced in Congress at press time, makes ACORN, Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA), and a phalanx of leftist groups that regularly feed at the public trough eligible for funding.
According to Vadum’s article, Section 261 of the bill provides $15 billion for “Project Rebuild.”

Supreme Court upholds ACORN funding ban!
Too bad bowel movement Bertha Lewis! According to the AP/Breitbart, the Supreme Court has turned down ACORN’s request for help in its lawsuit claiming Congress was wrong to shut off the activist group’s federal funding. The high court on Friday refused to throw out a decision by the federal appellate court in New York City. That court had decided to freeze a judge’s determination that Congress acted unconstitutionally in yanking the group’s funding.
Charges reduced against James O’Keefe and 3 others over incident Sen. Mary Landrieu’s New Orleans office
Bad news for progressive liberals all over the country! According to the SF Chronicle, Federal prosecutors filed reduced charges Friday against conservative activist James O’Keefe and three others who were accused of trying to tamper with the phones in Sen. Mary Landrieu’s New Orleans office. The new charges are contained in a bill of information, which can only be filed with a defendant’s consent and typically signals a plea deal. The new filing charges videographer the four with entering a federal building under false pretenses, a misdemeanor. They had been arrested Jan. 25 on felony charges.

I guess they are as lazy as in serving court documents, as in real life.

According to Michelle Malkin, today in New Orleans, the FBI arrested four people, including James O’Keefe who gained fame for releasing the now infamous Acorn pimping and prostution tapes of under-aged El-Salvadorean girls. According to the Weekly Standard, Senator Roland Burris who was appointed by Blago to take Obama’s vacated Senate seat is claiming credit for a provision in Harry Reid’s “manager’s amendment,” unveiled Saturday morning, that could funnel money to ACORN through the health care bill.

Justice Department concludes Obama can lawfully pay Acorn
Eric Holder’s Justice Department has concluded that the Obama administration can “lawfully” pay ACORN for services provided under contracts signed before Congress enacted a law banning the government from providing funds to the group. This should apply to any pimping, ho’in and child prostituion scheme that liberals set up before the videos came out from James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles. The Holder’s department’s conclusion which has been laid out in a recently disclosed five-page memorandum also adds a new wrinkle to a sharp political debate over the antipoverty group’s activities and recent efforts to distance the government from it according to the New York Times.
