Did you hear that Obama’s pal got 10 1/2 years in prison? I didn’t until I read Newsbusters. None of the lame stream media mentioned this, and I didn’t see it mentioned on Fox News either. Newsbusters points out it was mentioned on Fox News by Shannon Bream and Fox Business Network, and briefly on CNN’s “John King USA” show. But no other media outlet touched this story (big shock.) Tony Rezko of course is famous for among other things, his shady land deal with Obama in 2005.

Remember a few days ago when the lame stream media was going giddy at reports that the U.S. military was burning books donated by gas bag Bill O’Reilly? I found that kind of funny, as I can’t stand O’Relly. The media took that story and ran with it for days. Think any of the lame stream media aside from Fox News will mention that the Hillary Clinton State Department just wasted $70,000 in tax payer money to buy up copies of Obama’s memoir book “Dreams From My Father?” I wonder if the left wing kook fringe will be as mad at Obama as they are at those greedy bankers and CEOs. Obama also gets royalties from this book, so your $70,000 tax donation just made Obama several thousands of dollars in royalties. Cool huh?
Rememeber when Obama gave $400,000 of our tax dollars to Qaddafi’s kids charity in 2010?
Now that Qaddafi is finally burning in hell like he deserves, lets look back at some of our wonderful media and politicians sucking up to Qaddafi over the years. Remember Obama earmarked $400,000 of OUR money to help fund two Libyan charities last year? Neither did I until I read this American Thinker article. These charities weren’t just some peaceful Libyans who were unrelated to Gaddafi. Instead, both charities were run by two of Gaddafi’s kids. One by his son “Saif” and the other from his daughter “Aicha.” No wonder Obama refused to mention failed to say Qaddafi was dead, and his regime continues to resist saying it.
Newsbusters recalls how PBS in 1986 called Qaddafi an Islamic Hero. That of course was the taxpayer-funded PBS documentary series by an Islamic professor that honored Qadhafi as “brilliant.”

Van Susteren asked for some research to be done to find the bill so she could go over Wilson Sonsini’s legal bill and post it on her blog. The conflict of interest is over Spinner’s wife’s work at a law firm that also represented Solyndra. This info came from Obama regime e-mail released today.

The walls continue to crumble around the Obama regime as the Solargate scandal involving Solyndra continues to expand. According to Big Government, new e-mails were released late Thursday night by the AP that show that officials in the White House were privately very concerned over the viability of Solyndra even as they publicly declared the solar panel manufacturer was in good shape.
“The optics of a Solyndra default will be bad,” an official from the Office of Management and Budget wrote in a Jan. 31 email to a senior OMB official. “The timing will likely coincide with the 2012 campaign season heating up.”
