Palin’s Alaska Church Damaged in Suspicious Fire
Of course, hardly any liberal MSM has posted anything about this, other than the AP, and Fox News (highly regarded as part of the Right Wing Conspiracy) by the liberal loons. Had this been Hussein Obama’s racist church, with that scumbag pastor Rev Wright, this would be BREAKING NEWS flashing all over CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, etc. Here is the info from Fox News and Hotair:
ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Gov. Sarah Palin’s home church has been badly damaged in a suspicious fire.
Larry Kroon, pastor of the Wasilla Bible Church, estimates damages at more than $1 million to the church.
Kroon declined to say if the blaze was politically based or directed at Palin, the failed Republican vice presidential candidate.
Kroon says the fire broke out Friday night while a small group of women were working on crafts. They were alerted to the blaze by a fire alarm.
Kroon says he was called and by the time he got to the church, smoke was pouring out of the building. Sprinklers kept the fire from spreading beyond offices and classrooms.
Authorities are not immediately commenting, but Kroon says he’s been told the fire is being investigated as a crime.
CBS Harry Williams exposed by Rudy Giuliani
According to Newsbusters: On Friday’s CBS Early Show, co-host Harry Smith talked to Rudy Giuliani about Sarah Palin’s performance in an interview with ABC’s Charlie Gibson on Thursday’s World News and Giuliani observed: “The whole issue of whether she knows world affairs or not, these are questions that were never asked of Barack Obama, never asked of him to this day.” A visibly upset Smith vigorously denied such bias: “That’s not true. That’s not true.” Giuliani continued: “To this day he hasn’t been asked these questions, about travel-” Smith kept up his defense: “That’s not true. That is absolutely not true…That is absolutely not true. Those — all those questions have been asked over the last 19 months.” Giuliani got in the last word: “I don’t know where.”
Harry can only come up with “That’s not true” to hide his bias? Lets go one step furthur.
Despite Smith’s assertions that Obama has been pressed on his foreign policy credentials, since October of 2007, Smith has interviewed Obama eight times and asked the less than one-term Senator a total of two foreign policy questions. The first question came in a December 18, 2007 interview in which Smith asked: “Obama is positioning himself as a candidate for change, particularly on the war. Were you a fan of the surge?” The second question occurred on April 2, 2008: “And there is concern about China’s violations of human rights. Should we be a full participant in the Olympic games?” On July 9, 2008 co-host Russ Mitchell hit Obama from the left on the troop surge: “What do you say to those folks out there who are saying ‘I voted for this guy because he told me he was going to bring the troops home in 16 months now he says he wants to refine his position.’” None of those questions challenged Obama’s qualifications to be President of the United States.
During the Friday segment, Smith went on to ask Giuliani: “Let me ask you this. Do you have every confidence that she’s ready to be president in case she needs to be?” However, on February 29, 2008 Smith interviewed Time magazine editor Richard Stengel, on a story in that publication about whether experience really matters in the presidency: “The question of experience dominating the Democratic campaign, does it really matter?…Time Magazine has two articles on the subject, on the issue that hits news stands today. ‘Does Experience Matter in a President’ and ‘The Science of Experience.’” Stengel explained: “…character trumps experience…It’s really the way you are as a person. Your temperament, your intelligence, all of those things make up for what you may lack in experience.”
Flags rescued from Democratic convention trash bins!
Well i already knew Obama was low, didn’t really care about his country, and is only interested in promoting himself, but this may finally take the cake. We all know about Obama’s wife finally becoming “proud of her country” in Februay of this year. We also know about Obama’s refusal to wear the American Flag pin, which he was later pressured into doing, and the refusal of Obama to put his hand over heart during the playing of the national anthem, but folks, Obama has gone even lower. McCain supporters, rescued 12,000 miniature American flags from the site of Barack Obama’s nomination acceptance speech last Thursday, redistributed the orphan flags to audience members ahead of a McCain rally in Colorado Springs on Saturday. Accoring to Fox News, the flags were discovered by a vendor at Denver’s Invesco Field after the conclusion of the Democratic National Convention. The vendor supposedly found trash bags full of flags in and near garbage bins, and turned them over to the McCain campaign. Boy Scouts were sorting through 84 bags of flags in Colorado on Saturday, before a McCain supporter had veterans distribute them to the audience. To add to the disgust, not one of the three major networks, CBS,NBC, or ABC even bothered mentioning this controversy on their nightly news. CNN barely even made a mention of this. Can’t say i’m terribly surprised.
What a country we live in. To have someone like Obama running for president who’s wive hated American for her 44 years living in this country, the candidate himself showing no remorse over attending an American hate filed church for 20+ years, and someone who is best buds with a known terrorist like William Ayers. Maybe Oprah just payed for those flags.
