It’s not often I agree with a Marxist like New York’s Senator Chuck Schumer, but in this case i’ll make an exception. According to The Hill, Schumer is demanding that Libya extradite the “dying” Pan-Am bomber al-Megrahi, or they will no longer get financial aid from the U.S. I guess the main question is, why the hell are and have we been giving financial aid to a terrorist country like Libya in the first place? I guess it’s the same as giving aid to “Polk-Ee-Stahn.”

Schmucky Charles Schumer proposes reform to ration health care for sick seniors
Republicans need to come up with their own “throw granny off the cliff” ad. They could use an Obama lookalike, for cutting $500 billion from medicare to pay for ObamaCARE. Or they can use Schmuck Charles Schumer who advocated on NBC today (and as usual got a free pass) rationing health care for sick senior citizens. According to CNSNEWS, Schumer proposed a reform that would ration health care for sick seniors by telling doctors the Medicare system would pay them a single flat fee for treating a particular illness as opposed to paying for the specific services needed to treat a particular patient. Aka, a one size fits all system. The system proposed by Schumer would give health-care providers a financial incentive to withhold care from sick seniors because each and every service or treatment they provided would cut into their profit margin–or cause them to lose money. Where’s the media outrage? Oh that’s right. schmucky Schumer is of course a far left Marxist Democrat, so the media has no problem with this.

Remember when it used to be taught in schools that the three branches of government in America was the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches? Well progressive liberals and teachers unions have turned our schools into jokes and even our own “legislative” branches of government don’t seem to know this anymore. Of all people, you would think slimy Chuck Schumer would at least know this. The schmuck sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee for god sakes! But when appearing on CNN’s State of the Union yesterday, Schumer told Candy Crowley that there are three branches of government:

According to Politico, the other Senator for New York who is hopefully toast in 2010 Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), was sitting next to Schumer jabbering away on her cell phone too before takeoff when an announcement indicated that it was time to turn off the phones.
