In case you missed it, (and you probably did as no media mentioned it, including Fox News), there’s a new scandal brewing at Eric Holder’s Justice Department. Last week the Daily Caller broke the story about AT LEAST two Justice Department prosecutors accepting cash bribes from allegedly corrupt finance executives who were indicted under court seal within the past 13 months. These corrupt executive were never arrested or prosecuted. The governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands was apparently tied to this scandal. And now the Daily Caller is reporting that the governor (A Democrat of course) could soon face a recall initiative brought by the U.S. territory’s legislature

President downgrade Obama has already directed corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder to go after Standard & Poor’s. According to Fox News, the corrupt Justice Department., which is trying to direct attention away from Fast and Furious is now investigating if Standard & Poor’s credit ratings agency “improperly rated dozens of mortgage securities in the years leading up to the financial crisis.” What amazing timing don’t you think? If these were the case with S&P why didn’t the Obama regime go after them sooner?

Judicial Watch sues Department of Justice for documents detailing not to prosecute Muslim extremist Omar Ahmad
Judicial Watch announced that they have filed a lawsuit against the Department of Justice (DOJ) for failing to respond to its request for public records under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice. The documents in question are over the Eric Holder DOJ’s refusal to prosecute the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) cofounder Omar Ahmad. He has been linked to the terrorist group Hamas. The decision not to prosecute reportedly was made over the objections of special agents of the FBI and prosecutors at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Dallas, Texas.

Well, now he has even more for the corrupt Justice Department’s handling of the New Black Panther voter intimidation case. Judicial Watch has obtained several e-mails and docutments that provide new evidence that top political appointees at the DOJ were intimately involved in the decision to dismiss the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party. The e-mails also show contradicting sworn testimony by Thomas Perez, . Perez is the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division.

Legal experts say they are under no legal obligation to do so and could let Phillips’ ruling stand.

After freeing up valuable time at the Justice Department by deciding to halt the prosecution of alleged USS Cole bomber Abd al-Rahim al-Nashir, Eric Holder found someone else much more important worth suing. The U.S. Justice Department began suing Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio today claiming that Arpaio has refused for more than a year to turn over records in an investigation into allegations his department discriminates against Hispanics. Attorney General Eric Holder may file additional lawsuit against the state of Arizona’s SB1070 immigration law for racial profiling!
Now why didn’t the idiot Holder just do this in th first place is the Arizona immigration law SB1070 leads to racial profiling? Maybe he didn’t read the complete 16 page bill before filing the original lawsuit? In Holder’s interview with CBS News host Bob Schieffer, Holder explained that the U.S. may still challenge the Arizona law based on racial profiling. The original law suit was filed on July 6 on the basis that it preempts the federal Constitution, not that it would result in racial profiling.
56% Oppose Justice Department Challenge of Arizona Immigration Law, only 26% favor
With the announcement by the Department of Justice’s lawsuit against Arizona today, a recent Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 56% of U.S. voters oppose such a challenge. Just 26% believe the Justice Department should challenge the legality of Arizona’s law in court. Eighteen percent (18%) are undecided in the survey. This survey may be a bit outdated though, as it was conducted back on May 26 and 27.

The lawsuit claims Arizona’s immigration law usurps federal authority and violates Supremacy Clause of the Constitution. According to Fox News, the lawsuit, which names the state of Arizona as well as Gov. Jan Brewer as defendants, the Justice Department claims the federal government has “preeminent authority” on immigration enforcement and that the Arizona law “disrupts” that balance. It urges the U.S. District Court in Arizona to “preliminarily and permanently” prohibit the state from enforcing the law, which is scheduled to go into effect at the end of the month.

Christian Adams, who quit his job to protest the Obama administration’s handling of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case is accusing Attorney General Eric Holder of dropping the charges for racially motivated reasons. According to Fox News:
J. Christian Adams, now an attorney in Virginia and a conservative blogger, says he and the other Justice Department lawyers working on the case were ordered to dismiss it.
“I mean we were told, ‘Drop the charges against the New Black Panther Party,’” Adams told Fox News, adding that political appointees Loretta King, acting head of the civil rights division, and Steve Rosenbaum, an attorney with the division since 2003, ordered the dismissal.
The fact that he is a conservative blogger will undoubtedly mean he will become the target of smears by the progressive liberal left Democrats, and his accusations will be dismissed by the lame stream media.
DOJ Voting Rights attorney J. Christian Adams resigns over New Black Panthers scandal
A trial attorney with the Department of Justice’s Voting Rights Section named J. Christian Adams has resigned! The reason? Adams cites concerns about the government’s refusal to prosecute a case involving voter intimidation by the New Black Panther Party during the Presidential election in 2008 in Philadelphia. A letter of resignation obtained by The Washington Examiner from a former Justice Department employee makes clear DOJ has refused to allow attorneys in the Voting Rights Section to testify before the congressionally-chartered bipartisan U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, despite subpoenas that could result in their being held in contempt. In his letter of resignation, J. Christian Adams said:

Obama’s Brand of Justice
It’s becoming increasingly clear that Obama is not like the rest of us. He is not a man burdened with a conscience or even a sense of right and wrong. He has instead an inflated sense of self-importance and an agenda that will destroy our country. And he will pursue it so matter what, often by paying off corrupt political debts and alliances. Case in point: Yesterday Obama’s Justice Department dropped charges against some Black Panther thugs who were caught on videotape intimidating voters during the last election.
The charges were dropped by the people who are supposed to be protecting us. It didn’t matter that the acts were caught on videotape and one of the witnesses to the event was a prominent 1960s civil rights activist described it as “the most blatant form of voter intimidation” he had seen, even during the voting rights crisis in Mississippi a half-century ago.
Most Americans would call something this egregious absolutely outrageous. But Obama’s minions are busily making whatever this evil man wants seem perfectly rational. When will enough NORMAL AMERICANS wake up and do something? Our country and our best traditions are being stolen.
