Boehner budget deal leaves fiscal year 2011 spending $773B Above Bush’s last budget in 2008
And the “deal” just gets more and more pitiful. John Boehner and the cowardly Republicans in the House have managed to take a promise of $100 billion in spending cuts down to $61 billion. Then they took $61 billion down to $38.5 billion. Then, when the dust finally settled, the Republican budget cuts amounted to a piddly $14.7 billion after all the promises made by Republicans during the 2010 campaign. With this budget deal in which Boehner caved on, fiscal spending for 2011 will be $3.7555 trillion. This is $773 BILLION above what’s Bush’s last budget was in 2008, or about equal to what Obama’s failed stimulus was. Really conservative huh? From CNSNEWS:
Mark Levin was right! Budget deal with Boehner caving is a scam! Only cuts $14.7 BILLION in discretionary spending
Remember this past Saturday when Mark Levin called the budget deal cut by spineless weeper of the House John Boehner and Harry Reid was a scam? He’s right! Turns out this so called “historic” budget cut deal only amounts to $14.7 billion in discretionary spending, not $38.5 billion! According to Hotair, the way the deal is structured, most of the so called “cuts” are in unspent money, or in projects that wouldn’t have been spent this year anyway. An example if $4.9 BILLION that was “cut” from something called the “Crime Victims Fund” which wouldn’t have been spent this year in the first place!
Boehner’s $38.5B in cuts amount to less than 6 percent of debt already incurred in fiscal year 2011
The so called “compromise” cut by John Boehner and Harry Reid last Friday is sounding more and more useless. According to CNSNEWS, the national debt has increased $653.4 billion since the 2011 fiscal year began last October. The pitiful $38.5 billion in cuts amounts to less than 6% of what has been accumlated since that time. Great job Boehner!

Mark Levin not happy with Boehner’s caving on the budget – This is a historic scam!
Mark Levin isn’t happy about Boehner caving on the budget bill. Levin even mentions that he heard the sum total of $38.5 in cuts includes the previous $10 billion already cut in the weekly CRs. There is no confirmation about that though. Now that it’s official that Glenn Beck is leaving Fox News, wouldn’t it be awesome if they hired Levin to replace him? I know it will never happen, but it’s nice to dream. The interview with Mark Levin was conducted today with Neil Cavuto.
National Debt Jumped $54.1 Billion in 8 Days preceding Boehner caving on $38.5 Billion in cuts
After the media, and both Republicans and Democrats hailed the “historic” cuts made in the $38.5 billion deal to fund the government for the rest of fiscal year 2011, you need to look at the bigger picture. According to CNSNEWS news, in just the eight days preceding the Obama/Boehner “deal”, the National Debt jumped a whopping $54.1 billion! This basically means that all the posturing, and eventual caving by Boehner and his “historic cuts” didn’t even cover the week leading up to the deal.
Some positives to take away from Boehner’s caving to Democrats on government funding
While Boehner caving like I and a lot of others thought he would do, and agreeing to only $39 billion in cuts through September, there are some interesting tidbits still to be dealt with. According to Gateway Pundit, there are supposedly, parts of “deal” included these provisions:
Harry Reid MUST hold an individual Senate vote on Planned Parenthood
Harry Reid MUST hold an individual Senate vote on NPR
Harry Reid MUST hold an individual Senate vote on ObamaCare
Harry Reid MUST hold an individual Senate vote on parts of the EPA
On April 7th 2011 the federal government spent $142.3 billion
Feeling good about that pathetic deal Boehner cut with the Harry Reid and the rest of the Democrats? $39 BILLION in spending cuts through September 2011, with a $1.65 TRILLION deficit. Wow, i’m so impressed. You should be too when you consider that on Thursday, April 7th, 2011 the federal government spent $142.3 billion in just one day! I don’t know about you, but I’m really impressed Boehner!

House passes another stopgap budget bill – Obama threatens to veto
See, Obama WANTS the government to shutdown. The House of Representatives passed another stopgap budget bill that would fund the government for one week and the military for the rest of the year. The bill cuts another $12 billion in spending and was passed in the House by a margin of 247-181. Another “emergency” meeting between weeper of the House Boehner and Dingy Harry Reid is scheduled at the White House for later tonight. Obama has threatened to veto the bill, including funding the troops for the rest of the year.
No budget deal reached during “emergency meeting” at the White House after Obama’s busy day
Obama really had a busy day “working” to get a budget deal done. He popped off to Philadelphia earlier in the day to pimp green energy. Then he went off to New York to speaking at the annual convention of the National Action Network. That organization of course was founded by race baiter Al Sharpton. Obama finally found time in his busy schedule to meet with John Boehner and Harry Reid and discuss the budget, but nothing significant got done. According to Fox News, Obama said:
“I am convinced we can get this done, “
Dingy Harry Reid said:
“We’re not there yet,” Reid said, but both sides were committed to hammering out a deal and keeping the government running past the Friday deadline.
And finally weeper of the House John Boehner said:
“No one wants a shutdown,” Boehner said, adding there were “honest differences” and their staffs will work to get the budget issue resolved.
Boehner working on another one week CR that cuts $12 billion
Another stupid one week extension of the CR? According to Gretawire that’s exactly what John Boehner is working on. However, this CR would supposedly contain $12 BILLION in cuts. So far Boehner has gotten $10 billion in cuts via three CRs totalling seven weeks.
John Boehner now says $33 billion in spending cuts are not enough
Does this mean Boehner is going to go to $34 billion in spending cuts to fund the government for the rest of the year and call it a victory? Either that or one of the main Obama licker media is completely wrong. Last week ABC and George Stephanopoulos reported that Republicans were about to cave and agree with Democrats to cut just $33 billion for the rest of the year. Today Boehner is saying that more than $33 billion in immediate cuts is required to avoid a government shutdown. We’ll see who caves first. Here’s what Boehner said (from The Hill):
Obama calls weeper of the House John Boehner about CR
I guess Obama can sense weakness in the weeper of the House. According to Gretawire, Obama has called Boehner about the CR, which will expire this coming Friday. The only info to come out about his “phonecall” was from Boehner’s spokesman:
“The Speaker reminded the President that there is no ‘deal’ or agreement on a final number, and he will continue to push for the largest possible spending cuts.”
95 Republicans expand ObamaCARE – Boehner continues to be an epic failure
I think its really time to rename ObamaCARE to BoehnerCARE. First the Republicans failed to defund the $105 BILLION slush fund in their continuing resolution. Even Majority Leader Eric Cantor admitted that the CR would allow for the funding of OBoehnerCARE. But something you may not have heard about (like me until I read Red State), is that 95 Republicans actually voted to EXPAND OBoehnerCARE yesterday to veterinarians! The extension was named: The Veterinary Public Health Amendments Act (HR 525), and was introduced by Marxist Rep. Tammy Baldwin from Wisconsin (of course.) One of the bill’s provisions expands the Public Health Workforce Loan Repayment Program. This loan program was created in Obamacare under (Title V, Section 5204) and now includes veterinarians in the definition of eligible public health officials. Here is how the Representatives voted.
Damage control – John Boehner now wants to eliminate ObamaCARE slush fund
Looks like the weeper of the house John Boehner is in damage control mode. Despite passing another CR today, funding the government for 3 more weeks, and allowing the funding of ObamaCARE (according to Majority Leader Cantor), Boehner is now talking tough on the ObamaCARE slush funds. Still calling it the “job crushing” instead of “job KILLING” health care law, Boehner explains how the bill is written in such a way that federal bureaucrats will get billions of dollars to fund it, as the attempts to repeal it take place. Yea you mean like the $105 BILLION that you allowed to continue Boehner?

House Republicans passes three week CR, continue to allow for funding of ObamaCARE
The GOP leadership in the House is yet again proving they aren’t up to the job. Just like during the Bush years when they had controll for six years, the first year of the GOP House is pitiful, cowardly, and refuses to tackle the big issues. Eric Cantor even admited to CNSNEWS that this new CR will allow for the funding of the $105 BILLION hidden in the ObamaCARE bill passed last year. Remember when Nancy Pelosi said we had to pass the bill to see what’s in it? There’s something that’s in it the cowardly Republicans wouldn’t deal with.

Absolutely pathetic! Brian Williams blames John Boehner for the birther heckler
No bowing by Brian Williams this time, like he did to Obama in 2009, but plenty of blame and vitriol.

I guess I should expect this against John Boehner (or any Republican), and especially from NBC. Of course there wouldn’t be much difference from CBS, ABC, or CNN either. But somehow, according to Williams, John Boehner should feel responsible for the birther heckler who interrupt the constitution reading earlier today. Progressive liberal Democrat Frank Pallone (D-NJ) was reading Article II, Section I of the constitution when the heckler began. Somehow, Boehner was to blame according to Brian Williams:

Watch: John Boehner’s First Speech As Speaker of the House and swearing in
Wow. The swearing in was conducted by drooling progressive liberal Democrat from Michigan John Dingell. I’m surprised Dingell could even read at this point, let alone speak. He’s been in Congress for over 50 years and is a poster child for term limits!
Classless Nancy Pelosi finally gives John Boehner the gavel after babbling on about herself
After babbling on longer than any outgoing House Speaker in recent memory and talking about all the crap and bs that Democrats jammed down America’s throats over the last four years, Nancy Pelosi proved yet again what a low class pile of pond scum she really is. Basically taking over the entire moment of the transfer for power, she even mocked Boehner’s “size of gavel” at one point. Absolutely pathetic.
Michelle Malkin summarized it perfectly:
Cackling hags on The View Joy Behar and Barbara Walters mock John Boehner’s 60 minutes interview calls him Weeper of the House
The irony of these cackling hags complaining about John Boehner’s crying is so thick that you can cut it with a knife. The same cackling hags that couldn’t keep their emotions in check when Obama got elected in 2008, or threw a tantrum and walked off the set when Bill O’Reilly said there’s a “Muslim” problem are now mocking John Boehner as “emotionally unstable” and “Weeper of the House” because he cried last night in an interview with snotty Leslie Stahl on 60 minutes while discussing the “American Dream.”
Saturday Night Live mocks Rachel Maddow, John Boehner, Nancy Pelosi and corruptocrat Charles Rangel
The opening clip of Saturday Night Live mocked not only Rachael Maddow, but Nancy Pelosi, Charlie Rangel, and of course John Boehner. In my opinion it was actually pretty funny, but aside from the look, it didn’t depict Maddow and her show accurately. Since hardly anyone watches it anyway.
