Washed up British singer from the 1980s Sting says: Obama’s sent from God

Ok. I admit it. I’m a kid of the 80s, I listened to Sting back then. Of course, he was a lot younger and smarter back then. Now at 58 years old Sting suddenly becomes religious and says Obama might be a divine answer to the world’s problems. According to Breitbart:

“In many ways, he’s sent from God,” he joked in an interview, “because the world’s a mess.”

Aren’t atheists supposed to be against “God”? Apparently, this drugged out 80s singer thinks Obama is better qualified to be POTUS because of his background, his education, particularly in regard to Islam. Why would he have any background in Islam if he’s not a muslim? Because his middle name is Hussein? Because he went to Pakistan in 1981 when Americans were forbidden to travel there? Maybe its because he blames America for all the world’s ills and problems which plays right into the hands of Muslims. Oh and also. Sting says if you are against Obama, its “agressive, violent, and full of fear”. Can i say the same against anyone (including myself) of thsoe who were so against Obama?

“It’s aggressive and violent and full of fear,” he said of the backlash against Obama. “They don’t want change, they want things to feel the same because they feel safe there.”

Sting, 58, said he’s hopeful that the world’s problems can be dealt with, but is frustrated that “we seem to be living in a currency of medieval ideas.”

“My hope is that we can start talking about real issues and not caring about whether God cares about your hemline or your color,” he said. “We are here to evolve as one family, and we can’t be separate anymore.”

Losers at gym near Boston “offended” by American flag

In what is probably the east coast version of San Francisco, near America hating Boston, MA comes a story about a gym in Marblehead. The owner of a gym called Gravity Fitness says gym members are complained about the American flag hanging inside the gym. Mark Shea is 23 years old, and owns the gym. He hung a 12 foot long flag from the gym rafters on Friday and had over a dozen complaints by Monday. According to MyFoxBoston, some losers have complained that the flag blocks gym televisions, while some members have gone as far as to say that the flag is offensive. One idiot had the nerve to say:

“It’s like putting a Jesus cross in my face.”

Another member feels the exact opposite and said “This is America. If you don’t like to see the flag you can move somewhere else.” Shea did move the flag so it would not block the TVs but said now the flag is going to stay right where it is. He also said if the complaining members decide to leave the gym he will just have to live with that. Good for you Mr. Shea!

Ex female writer Nell Scovell for David Letterman – atmosphere was hostile, sexually charged

Nell Scovell was one of the few women ever to write for Late Night with David Letterman. In a Vanity Fair article she writes how about she remembers a hostile, sexually charged working atmosphere. Scovell was the second female writer ever fired for Letterman’s show, and in its 27 years on TV, the show has had a whopping total of 7 female writers. Scovell also says that these seven women have spent a combined total of 17 years on the staff, while compared to male writers who have a combined total of 378 years. Nell Scovell then goes into more details:

Two years after they received my submission packet, I got the call: Dave wanted to meet me. By then, I was living in L.A. and had already written an episode for The Simpsons and served as story editor on Newhart during its final season. Still, Late Night was my dream job, so when I got the offer, I left the sitcom I’d just started on and moved back East. Walking into 30 Rockefeller Center on my first day as a Letterman writer was one of the happiest moments of my life—right up there with the births of my two kids. But it was all downhill after that. (I’m talking about Late Night, not my kids. They’re great.)

Without naming names or digging up decades-old dirt, let’s address the pertinent questions. Did Dave hit on me? No. Did he pay me enough extra attention that it was noted by another writer? Yes. Was I aware of rumors that Dave was having sexual relationships with female staffers? Yes. Was I aware that other high-level male employees were having sexual relationships with female staffers? Yes. Did these female staffers have access to information and wield power disproportionate to their job titles? Yes. Did that create a hostile work environment? Yes. Did I believe these female staffers were benefiting professionally from their personal relationships? Yes. Did that make me feel demeaned? Completely. Did I say anything at the time? Sadly, no.

Here’s what I did: I walked away from my dream job. The show picked up my option after 13 weeks; then, about two months later, while looking for a nicer apartment, I realized I didn’t want to commit to a yearlong lease. I’d seen enough to know that I was not going to thrive professionally in that workplace. And although there were various reasons for that, sexual politics did play a major part.

Liberals forcing schools to rename “Halloween” to “Fall Festival”

Liberals have forced many schools to replace the word “Halloween” with “Fall Festival” because of “negative connotations” some see in the long-standing holiday name. However, when polled by Rasmussen, 66% of adults do not think it’s a good idea to change the name and only 19% think the same should be changed. Also from the poll, 72% of adults say public schools should allow children to wear costumes to class in celebration of the holiday. Only 18% feel children should leave their costumes at home.

Sixty-nine percent (69%) of all adults feel that children should be allowed to bring candy to school for Halloween. Twenty-three percent (23%) disagree.

However, the real fun of Halloween begins once school lets out and the sun sets. Children travel in packs from one house to the next in search of a thrill – and the best candy – and to see who can collect the most goodies. Sixty-three percent (63%) of adults plan on giving out Halloween candy this year, but 28% don’t plan to have any candy on hand even if they hear the words “Trick or Treat.”

Adults with children at home (70%) are more inclined to hand out candy than adults without children living with them (57%). Adults ages 30 to 49 are more likely to give out Halloween candy this year than any other age groups.

Compared to other years, 29% say Halloween costumes will be more fun this year, while 16% say they will be more risqué. Thirteen percent (13%) believe costumes this year will be more grotesque, and seven percent (7%) expect them to be more “politically inappropriate.” Twenty-eight percent (28%) have no opinion because they say they haven’t seen any costumes yet.

Poor ole’ Dave. Seems that old washed up pervert David Letterman has been recorded on tape having sex with a female staff member – and he is worried that the footage will eventually be leaked out. The old pervert Letterman and a much-younger female co-worker have apparently been captured on a studio surveillance tape in a compromising position according to News.co.au.

“If the tape makes its way into the criminal case, it’ll explode his marriage to smithereens,” a source told the National Enquirer magazine.

“It’s one thing for him to have publicly admitted to having had sexual relations with some women on his staff. It’s another to see him in the throes of passion with one of those women.

“Dave apparently didn’t know the location of the security cameras at his Late Show studio.”

Shepard Fairey admits lying to defend himself from Associated Press lawsuit

Yes, the same Shepard Fairey that brought us those ugly, pukeful “Hope” and “Change” posters with Obama’s mugshot admits lying to defend himself from Associated Press lawsuit. Fairey said in a statement issued late Friday that he knowingly submitted false images and deleted others in the legal proceedings, in an attempt to conceal the fact that the AP had correctly identified the photo that Fairey had used as a reference for his “Hope” poster of then-Sen. Barack Obama. More from the L.A. Times:

“Throughout the case, there has been a question as to which Mannie Garcia photo I used as a reference to design the HOPE image,” Fairey said. “The AP claimed it was one photo, and I claimed it was another.”

New filings to the court, he said, “state for the record that the AP is correct about which photo I used…and that I was mistaken. While I initially believed that the photo I referenced was a different one, I discovered early on in the case that I was wrong. In an attempt to conceal my mistake I submitted false images and deleted other images.”

In February, the AP claimed that Fairey violated copyright laws when he used one of their images as the basis for the poster. In response, the artist filed a lawsuit against the AP, claiming that he was protected under fair use. Fairey also claimed that he used a different photo as the inspiration for his poster.

After Fairey’s admission, a spokesman for the Associated Press issued a statement saying that Fairey “sued the AP under false pretenses by lying about which AP photograph he used.”

Fairey said that his lawyers have taken the steps to amend his court pleadings to reflect the fact that “the AP is correct about which photo I used as a reference and that I was mistaken.”

The artist expressed his remorse in his statement, saying that he is taking “full responsibility for my actions which were mine alone. I am taking every step to correct the information and I regret I did not come forward sooner. “

Pennsylvania Firefighter Suspended for American Flag on Locker

Well, the Oaks Apartment issues has been taken care of. Now lets take care of this pathetic issue. According to Fox News, a Pennslyvania firefighter was suspended without pay for refusing to remove an American flag sticker from his locker. James Krapf of Chester, Pa., violated a department policy that states personal items can only be posted inside employee lockers when he stuck the flag on the outside. Personal items? The American flag is a “personal item”?

According to Myfoxphilly.com, the firefighters’ union warned 11 others to remove personal items or face similar suspensions, all without pay.

The initial ban came after an incident in which some firefighters complained about a cartoon posted in the firehouse that they found racially offensive.

Krapf was suspended Thursday, and so far is the only firefighter to be hit with the penalty.

“I shouldn’t have to remove the flag of the country I believe in. I love my country,” Krapf told Myfoxphilly.com. “I love my job. I love helping people. I’ve been doing this 11 years in the City of Chester, so this is something I love to do.”

Krapf said he wants to meet with the fire commissioner and the mayor to discuss the issue. The fire commissioner told local media outlets that banning all materials from locker doors was the simplest way to avoid bickering among the staff.

A couple weeks a go some loony toon put up a poll asking about Obama (and you know the rest). The left was outraged! And went into a tissy fit, of course blaming someone on the left for posting such a terrible poll. And aside from automatically assuming it being someone from the right, there was nothing wrong with the outrage over such a poll against anyone, let alone a sitting President. But as RedState points out, lets examine some Facebook “groups” for the previous sitting President that still exist to this day:

Let’s take a closer look, shall we? The first charming and witty page, titled “We all Want To Kill George Bush” is in the category “Just for Fun – Fan Clubs”.

Discussion topics range from the direct “i want to kill the president of the united states of america”, dated January 2008, to the thoughtful “If Saddam gets hung for war crimes… Then Hang George! Who’s wit me?”, last post dated August 2007. Mr. Bush was a sitting President then, by the way.

Mr. Amir Sousi (arabian_legend@hotmail.com) is the Administrator of the page, which has attracted 428 other nitwits to be members. Mr. Sousi apparently graduated from a St. Francis Xavier High School in 2007.

By contrast, the FB group “Who wants to kill bush!!!!!” has only 15 members, but it falls into the category “Community Organizations”. Presumably, its Admin, a Mr. Martin Alexander, can claim to be a “Community Organizer!” His educational affiliations (Oak Park and River Forest HS ‘06 and Lewis ‘10) suggest a Chicago background, so who knows, Martin, the sky’s the limit for your political career!

Lastly we have the droll and urbane “LETS KILL BUSH WITH SHOES”, which implores its members thusly:

Warren Ballentine racist statement to Juan Williams – You can go back to the porch now

Isn’t it amazing what is and isn’t considered racism by the left wing loony bin left? All the made up quotes of Rush Limbaugh that force some losers on CNN and MSNBC to finally admit that they weren’t “verified” because they know Rush Limbaugh (if he wants to) can sue the pants off those networks for libel and cash in on a huge payday, exposing the hypocrisy that is the phony leftwing media. But on Thursday on the O”Reilly factor, Juan Williams (left wing) and Warren Ballentine (left wing loon with a radio show) were discussing the whole Limbaugh/NFL situation. As is typical for for the far left, Ballentine repeated had to try and talk over Williams anytime Williams made a valid point to dismiss the conspiracy theories the loony left has been spewing. But at the end of the debate, during a discuss of the “Barack the Magic Negro” parody that was played on a Limbaugh show (which is a parody base on an article written in the L.A. Times by an African-American author), Ballenstine exposed himself, and what the left wing represents. Warren Ballentine after being destroyed in the debate finally went off on the parody of Barack the Magic Negro, until Juan Williams explained to Ballentine that it was a parody of the L.A. Times article. So what does Ballentine do? Admit he’s wrong? Try and come up with another excuse? No. Instead Ballentine hurls a racist slur at Juan Williams:

“Juan its Ok, you can go back to the porch now”

Basically what Ballentine was calling Williams an Uncle Tom (and other choice slurs which I don’t care to type). Irony is an amazing thing.

The old, washedup pervert David Letterman apologized to his wife Regina while taping his late-night show Monday October 5, 2009. During a taping Monday of the Late Show, Letterman apologized for the attention and inquiries that have been aimed at his staff and family and received a 35 second standing ovation from the whackjobs in the crowd. Germany gets it, why doesn’t America? You’ve probably heard by now that Angela Merkel won the German elections, but what you might not have heard about is that the signifigance of the results, outside of Merkel’s win. The Christian Democrats (Germany’s conservative party) won 33.8 percent of the vote and the “Free Democrats” which is a liberal, but pro-business party won 14.6 percent. This percentages amount to enough for a majority of the seats in Parliament because 6 percent of the votes went to parties finishing below the 5 percent threshold needed to win seats, according to the New York Times (bet they hate this). On top of all this, The Social Democrats (The far left-wing of German political parties and socialists) took just 23 percent of the vote, plunging 11.2 percentage points compared with the last election four years ago. This was the Social Democrat party’s worst showing since World War II. More pain from the New York Times:

Mrs. Merkel will finally have the chance to enact the kind of liberalizing economic plans she proposed when she first ran for chancellor four years ago. She can push ahead on issues like tax relief, a simplification of the tax code and a possible extension of the time that nuclear power plants can continue to operate.

Libtards claiming what a wonderful moment when 11 year old Julia Hall asked Hussein Obama about all the “mean signs” she sees against ObamaCARE, either may or may not have already known that Julia Hall and her mother Kathleen Manning Hall aren’t exactly impartial, merely concerned citizens with legit actual concerns about what ObamaCARE means for them. As it turns out Julia Hall isn’t just some random kid with genuine concerns, nor does she even live in the state of New Hampshire, where the townhall took place. More from the Boston Globe:

Julia’s mother was an early Obama supporter in Massachusetts during the presidential election, so she had previously met First Lady Michelle Obama, the Obama daughters Sasha and Malia, and Vice President Joe Biden.

“This was my first time meeting Barack Obama, and he’s a very nice man,” Julia said. “I’m glad I voted for him.”

She said Obama won a mock presidential election at the Cheverus School in 2008. And on Tuesday, he approached her after the town meeting.

“He said ‘great question,’” Julia said. “I shook his hand and got his picture.”

Kathleen Manning Hall, Julia’s mother, was shocked when her daughter said she wanted to ask a question. They wrote it down beforehand, and Julia didn’t miss a beat when Obama called on her.

Bill Maher who last week called Americans stupid on CNN is now attacking Michelle Malkin and her new book, Culture of Corruption (along with attacking the usual liberal targets of Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, etc).

Maher’s only way to defend Hussein Obama is that “he’s only been in office for 6 months”. Uh yea? Thats the point you idiot Maher. In only 6 months, the marxist Obama has done more damage to this country than any other President in history. As Hussein Obama once said, “you ain’t seen nothing yet”, especially if/when the ObamaCARE/Crap and Tax passes. Malkin also appeared on ABC (Another Barack Channel) with George Stephanopoulos. This at least was somewhat civil. At least as civil as you can get from the liberal biased state run media. Today, Monday Michelle had a little “get together” with the washed up liberals bags on the show called The View. Whoopi Goldberg, who didn’t read the book, asserting that Malkin called the administration the most corrupt ever in the book when she was on the set — and then waiting for her to leave to falsely assert that “that young lady” said it on the Today Show. Typical washedup liberal trash.
