WTF?!?? Public funding for the Ground Zero Mosque?
Again, should I even be surprised anymore? Separation of Church and state seems to only apply to Church, or Synagogues and not Muslim Mosques. Reuters, now calling the Ground Zero Mosque simply the “Muslim Center” says that it could qualify for tax-free financing, according to a spokesman for City Comptroller John Liu. The spokesman also said Liu is willing to consider approving the public subsidy.
“If it turns out to be financially feasible and if they can demonstrate an ability to pay off the bonds and comply with the laws concerning tax-exempt financing, we’d certainly consider it,” Sieber told Reuters.

Even more Americans now against Ground Zero Mosque – 71% according to CBS poll
While the left wing wants to make the issue about “religious freedom” and no the sensitivity of building the Ground Zero Mosque, more Americans are against the idea of building the mosque according to the latest CBS poll. Most of these same people polled realized that developers have the right to build the mosque. No matter how slimy, and anti-American they might be. 71% are now feel it’s inappropriate to build the mosque so close to Ground Zero, yet 67% believe that these dirtbags have every right to build it. See left wing nuts? It’s a sensitivity issue. I know that’s a hard thing for you to understand.

Obama regime knew of Imam Rauf’s comments: the United States has more Muslim blood on its hands than Al Qaeda has on its hands of innocent non-Muslims
State Department officials were aware of the “moderate” Muslim Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf’s outrageous comments that he made in 2005.
“We tend to forget, in the West, that the United States has more Muslim blood on its hands than Al Qaeda has on its hands of innocent non-Muslims.”
According to Fox News, State Department Spokesman P.J. Crowley as usual defended Rauf’s outrageous comments, and claims they were taken out of context.
Muslim American Mosque Supporter on Ground Zero Mosque – Get over 9/11
At 51 Park Place in New York City–the proposed Ground Zero mosque location– Eyeblast.tv interviewed an American Muslim supporter of the mosque. Muslim when questioned about the mosque said “get over” 9/11 and that despite Manhattan having over 200 mosques, they need to keep the location of the mosque “right here.”
“God d****it, my wife is Jewish. Come on you guys, get over it”, the man said in regards to 9/11 after trying to draw an analogy using the Vietnam War. Right after he says to “get over it”, a lady responded “Oh my God, I’m not going to get over it- it happened right there”, pointing towards Ground Zero. An argument then breaks out between the two. In typical leftist debating fashion, he later calls her a “racist”.

The ironies in this video are amazing. First you have someone holding a gay rights flag, while left wing nut jobs are chanting about “racists and bigots” who are against the Ground Zero Mosque. All the while I’m willing to bet that there is no way in hell that the person carrying the gay rights flag would be allowed within fifty feet of ANY mosque ANYWHERE in the world. As we know, Muslims are very tolerant to the gay people (sarcasm). Then at about 3:56 of the following following, someone goes on another rant about racism, then proceeds to blame “Jewish Zionist Israel” for the problems. Sounds anti-semitic to me. It also sounded anti-semitic to the person taking the video. When the person made it known he didn’t like the comment, some old dirty hippie looking guy physically attacked the man with the camera at about 5:08 of the video.

Geraldo Rivera: A Tentative Agreement May Have Been Reached in Moving Ground Zero Mosque

However, Geraldo Rivera told Bill O’Reilly tonight that he had spoken to a local Muslim leader in New York, ands says there may be a “tentative agreement” to move the Ground Zero Mosque somewhere else. I haven’t heard this, or read about this anywhere else, and certainly a story of this magnitude would be flooding the ‘net by now. Also remember, this is the same Geraldo who went on TV back in the ’80s for and hour to “reveal” what was in Al Capone’s vault.

Raheel Raza says she is being threatened by Ground Zero Mosque developer Sharif El Gamal
We aren’t the AP. We will still call it what it is, the Ground Zero Mosque. That being said, it seems that not only is Obama getting testy when questioned about this mosque, but so are those involved in developing it as well. Raheel Raza, a founding member of the Muslim Canadian Congress. Raza, along with Tarek Fatah wrote an article last week explaining how that Muslims, even the “moderate” ones know that the whole idea behind the Ground Zero mosque is meant to be a nothing more than a deliberate provocation to thumb our noses at the infidel aka, us evil Americans. Now, Raheel Raza tells the Niagara Falls Review that she received a call from a man who identified himself as Sharif El Gamal. Raza says “His tone was intimidating” said Raza. Then Raza says that:
“He accused me of ‘jumping into’ the meeting he called and then said ‘May Allah protect you.’ I was shocked and hung up.”
Raza says El Gamal’s tone was threatening and she took the phone call as a clear threat against her and not as some claim, a casual phrase meaning goodbye.
The Niagara Falls Review called El Gamal and was hung up on after being told:
“I’m confused by your phone call,”
he said before hanging up.
AP “Standards Center” issues press release urging its writers to stop using the phrase “ground zero mosque” and call BC-NYC Mosque instead
In an age where the media and the press are basically no different than state run tv/press like you have in China, Iran, and Venezuela, yet another perfect example of the bias comes oozing out. The Associated Press. notoriously left wing biased, has had it’s deputy managing editor for standards and production named Tom Kent send out a note to the AP staff about covering the Ground Zero Mosque story. No longer will the AP refer to it as the Ground Zero Mosque, or even “mosque at ground zero.” Instead, the AP will refer to the Ground Zero Mosque as simply the “BC-NYC Mosque.” Kent also writes about Obama’s stance on the Mosque. Why this is even a factor in a “free media”, I still don’t even know.
More insanity – Ground Zero Mosque developers won’t rule out accepting financing from the Mideast – including from Saudi Arabia and Iran!
Is this insanity? Or simply arrogance? Developers behind the Ground Zero Mosque will not rule out accepting money from middle eastern countries, including such wonderful countries such as Saudi Arabia and Iran! This should be the final nail in the coffin of the Ground Zero Mosque project, but with progressives in control of this country, and especially in New York City, it wouldn’t do a thing. In even more transparency, the developers of the mosque refuse to say how much of the $100 million needed to build the facility has already been raised. But lets investigate those AGAINST the mosque instead! Oz Sultan, spokesman for Park51 told ABC News:

Here is another reason why Obama was so pissy today when questioned about his endorsement of the Ground Zero Mosque. By ALMOST a 2:1 margin, more people disapprove of Obama’s endorsement than support it. According to Gallup’s polling, 37% disapprove of Obama’s endorsement, while only 20% approve. This also breaks down to 32% who strongly disapprove while 16% strongly approve, giving this a 2:1 margin.
Even Howard Dean says we need a Ground Zero Mosque “compromise” and that another site would be a better idea

Nancy Pelosi better investigate what’s going on here. In a radio interview on WABC in New York, Howard Dean said there needs to be a “compromise” on the Ground Zero Mosque issue, and that finding another site would be the best idea. What a hater this guy is! Right professional left?
