Republican businessman Rick Scott has moved to a six-point edge over Democrat Alex Sink and has hit the 50% support mark for the first time in Florida’s gubernatorial race, according to the latest Rasmussen poll. Progressive liberal Democrat Alex Sink only earns 44%. A couple of weeks ago, the same poll had progressive liberal Democrat Sink ahead of Scott by 1 percentage point at 48%-47%, so this is a major shift. More great use of Porkulus funds – $111 million in stimulus saved a whopping 55 Jobs in Los Angeles
Over $2 million of tax payer dollars spent per job? Now that’s what I call efficiency! Of course, Los Angeles is one of America’s major progressive controlled sh*tholes, so why should this come as much of a surprise? According to Fox News, According the Los Angeles Department of Public Works spent $70 million in stimulus funds — in return, it created seven private sector jobs and saved seven workers from layoffs. That works out to a cost to the taxpayers of about $1.5 million per job. Then there is the Los Angeles Department of Transportation. They spent $40 million of porkulus money. This created a grand total of nine jobs! This works out to a taxpayer cost per job of about $4.4 million per job.

Actually, it’s a grand total of $823,200 stimulus money that went to this program. According to CNSNEWS, the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), a division of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), spent $823,200 of economic stimulus funds in 2009 on a study by a UCLA research team to teach uncircumcised African men how to wash their genitals after having sex. Obama claims new $50 billion stimulus will “instantly” create jobs, Obama senior adminstrators not so much
As kick b*ched and moaned about the special interests in Milwaukee today, in front of labor unions and SEIU thugs (HYPOCRITE!), Obama “officially” announced his latest attempt to bankrupt this country with another $50 billion stimulus plan. In between the announcing of the new spending idea, Obama as usual blamed Bush, and Republicans for all his problems. Obama at whine one point said about the GOP: ‘They talk about me like a dog’. Frankly, this is an insult to canines everywhere. Obama is more like dog excrement. Obama sounded like a whiny 3 year old kid today, and even have a couple of kids in back of him as he ranted and whined. What do these kids have to do with to “labor” movement in this country? They aren’t even old enough to drive yet. Oh I get it. More progressive indoctrination. Anyway, Obama during the speech claimed that this new spending idea would create jobs instantly once signed into law. His senior administrators don’t exactly see it that way though according to the New York Times.

Just think! The Obama regime is reportedly considered another stimulus package to try and save the Democrat’s bacon and create jobs before the November elections. Despite Sen. Blanche Lincoln’s criticisms of Porkulus 2.0 aka the new $15 billion “jobs bill”, she will still vote for cloture on the bill, as she continues to seal her fate for the November 2010 election. According to Politico, her announcement Friday afternoon is an indicator that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) is succeeding in holding key Democrats together to support a scaled-back $15 billion measure he announced last week.

Harry Reid rejects bipartisan jobs bill endorsed by Obama
Maybe the originally planned “Jobs” bill, aka Porkulus 2.0 didn’t have enough “Negro Dialect” for Harry Reid. Why else then would Harry Reid scrap a bipartisan jobs bill that had been unveiled hours earlier and had been endorsed by the White House? According to The Daily Caller, Reid said that he would not introduce a bill made public Thursday morning by Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus, Montana Democrat, and ranking committee member Sen. Charles Grassley, Iowa Republican.
Rep Brad Sherman admits – Obama told them not to call the new stimulus bill a stimulus bill, but rather a “jobs” bill
During a “telephone townhall”, Rep Brad Sherman Democrat rep from the San Fernando Valley in the Los Angeles area admited that he (along with others) are working on another stimulus bill. Problem is, they were told not to call it a stimulus bill , but rather a “jobs” bill which is what I thought the first stimulus was supposed to be for. In the townhall Sherman admits that the bill will be similar to the current stimulus but smaller. Oh and BTW, the first “jobs bill” still has over $500 billion that hasn’t been spent yet. The CBO has changed its forecast for how much the stimulus bill will add to the nation’s deficit, raising its estimate by $75 billion to $862 billion. The phony name of the stimulus or the title of the bill is The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which as passed in February 2009, was initially believed to have a price tag of $787 billion. Left wingers love to claim how much smarter they are than everyone else. How they are all scientists, professors, or TV news hacks. So either Obama and the rest of the Democrats are stupid, just full of sh*t, or simply not very good at math when it comes to the 1 million or 2 million jobs “saved or created” with the $787 billion porkulus package. As you probably saw over the weekend on the Sunday news shows, when asked by the various stations how many jobs the so called stimulus package actually created, we got three different answers from three different Obama adminstration people. We had Valerie Jarrett say “thousands and thousands”, we had Robert Gibbs claim it has saved 1.5 million jobs, and of course David Axelrod claim it has saved a whopping 2 million jobs. USA Today gleefully claimed Obama’s stimulus package saved jobs 1.2 million jobs, according to USA TODAY’s quarterly survey of 50 economists.
Unemployment would have hit 10.8% — higher than December’s 10% rate — without Obama’s $787 billion stimulus program, according to the economists’ median estimate. The difference would translate into another 1.2 million lost jobs.

Another day, another bad poll for Obama. Even the liberal biased CNN poll is now showing that 56% of Americans are opposed to the stimulus program that was supposed to be keep the unemployment rate at 8% or lower. Too account for the poll’s usual oversampling of Democrats, 42% actually support the stimulus.
$5.97 million from Stimulus paid to Hillary Clinton pollster Mark Penn’s two firms saving a total of 3 jobs
JammieWearingFool breaks this story. Nearly $6 million in stimulus money aka, your tax dollars was paid to two firms run by Mark Penn who just happened to be Hillary Clinton’s pollster in 2008. Federal records show that $5.97 million from the $787 billion stimulus helped preserve three jobs at Burson-Marsteller, the global public-relations and communications firm headed by Penn. Burson-Marsteller won the contract to work on a public-relations campaign to advertise the national switch from analog to digital television. Nearly $2.8 million of the contract was issued to Penn’s polling firm, Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates, according to federal records. So that does this mean? We the tax payers paid $6 million to create or “save” 3 total jobs. What a great deal! Only $2 million per job!
Get ready for Stimulus 2.0 – $300 billion “jobs bill”
You wanted change America? You got it. Another third of a trillion dollars on top of $787 billion porkulus bill that was supposed to keep unemployment under 8% this past February. The Hill reports that the $300 billion would appear to represent an outlier of the cost of a new jobs bill. It would follow the $787 billion economic stimulus package approved earlier this year, which Democrats credit with saving jobs but Republicans criticize for failing to stem unemployment, which now stands at 10.2%, aka it would be another $300 billion for nothing but liberal pet projects. Its official. Recovery.gov is Recovery.con – 60 jobs “saved or created” in New York really saved is 1.5 jobs – in Indiana!
Pissed off yet? Another state chimes in with BS numbers of so called jobs “saved or created” from the Obama/Democrat porkulus bill. Ib Putnam County, New York, where the government claims to have “saved” 60 jobs with the purchase of five Paratransit vans with $319,000 in federal stimulus funds is yet again not so accurate. The Recovery.gov website claims so, but John Lynch, Putnam County’s Commissioner of Planning/Development and Public Transportation, said, “That number of 60 jobs is incorrect.” In fact, according to The Putnam County Courier, the number of jobs that should appear on the report is not 60, but just 1.54, and those one and a half jobs are actually in New Paris, Indiana! Whether by bureaucratic error, or deliberate maneuvering, the administration has inflated claims of job creation based on Putnam County stimulus spending. Other stimulus-funded projects in Putnam County are riddled with reporting errors and inaccuracies.

GAO Says More Than 50,000 jobs claimed to have been “saved or created” by stimulus have Spent NO money
Now thats what I call an efficient stimulus! “Saving or creating” 50,000 jobs without spending a time of the $787 billion porkulus. Problem is, thats impossible and the GAO (Government Accountability Office) has yet again expose the BS that is Obama/Biden and the rest of the idiots claiming how successful the so called stimulus has been. There’s been reports of 1 job created in San Diego, ZERO jobs saved or created in Michigan, and fake numbers thrown out else where. There’s even been claims by the Recovery.gov’s website that 30 jobs were created in Arizona’s 15th district. The problem with that is, Arizona only has a total of 8 districts. Maybe ACORN is counting dead people again, or Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck and sending these stats to Obama and the White House. ABC after trying to make Sarah Palin look bad by doing extreme closeups on her during her interview with Barbara Walters is actually doing some reporting for a change. According to them, more than 50,000 jobs, or one out of every 10 jobs the White House says were “saved or created” by their economic stimulus plan, came from projects that reported spending no money yet, according to a government report obtained by ABC News.
ONE Job created in San Diego from Porkulus
California Senator Barbara Boxer was in San Diego talking about stimulus money. The lion’s share of the “stimulus” will be going to advance research for alzheimer’s, pediatric drugs, autism and technologies to better diagnose diseases.
Only 15% of the funds are for job creation. And that 15% has created a grand total of ONE job according to KUSI in San Diego.
Obama slashes 60,000 jobs From recent stimulus report
As more and more evidence of the lying of this administration comes out on the amount of jobs “saved” or “created” with the nearly $800 billion porkulus, most recently the Detroit Free Press story in which they claim virtual no jobs at all have been saved or created in the state of Michigan, Obama slashed over 60,000 jobs from its most recent report on the program because the reporting outlets had submitted “unrealistic data,” according to a document obtained by ABC News. Yes folks, as amazing as it may seem, ABC is actually doing journalism!
