Nancy Pelosi’s couch mate Newt Gingrich: GOP Must ‘Accommodate and Deal With Reality’ on Same-sex Marriage
You know, I never thought Newt Gingrich had a shot at beating Obama in the general election. However, had Gingrich won the GOP nomination, he wouldn’t have left so much on the table to bash Obama over and over again like Romney did. But it looks like Gingrich’s progressive side is coming out of the closet again like when he sat on the couch with Nancy Pelosi to talk about the ‘dangers’ of global warming. Now Gingrich is saying that the GOP must ‘Accommodate and Deal With Reality’ on Same-sex Marriage.
Vintage Newt Gingrich! He completely owned and destroyed the liberal media hacks on the ‘Meet the Press’ panel over their faux outrage over right wing positions while they ignore the real extremists on the left. Newt Gingrich schools David Gregory, Tom Brokaw, and some other fish wrap hacks on their bias. It’s a beautiful thing to watch. Especially watch for Tom Brokaw’s bitter beer face as he gets the tongue lashing from Newt. I don’t know if it would be offered or if Gingrich would take it, but when Mitt Romney wins this November, Gingrich would make an awesome press secretary.
Oh yea! Newt Gingrich owns Chris Matthews – asks him why he’s racist for assuming it’s only blacks on food stamps (Video)
Chris Matthews got destroyed again today. First by Reince Priebus when Chris Matthews tried to play the race and birther card (which incidentally was originally started by Hillary Clinton against Obama in the 2008 Democrat primary.) This time it was Newt Gingrich’s chance to destroy the thrill up the leg Chris Matthews. He did, when Matthews started whining about Gingrich’s ‘food stamp president’ comment during the Republican primary. Obama is in fact the food stamp president, as more people are on food stamps now than at any other time in American history. And guess what? The vast majority of those on food stamps are as lily white as Chris Matthews. Yet anytime the topic is brought up, it’s automatically assumed by leftist media propagandists that ‘food stamp president’ has something to do with racism. So Newt Gingrich asks tingles, are you racist?
Personally, I’d rather Newt Gingrich be given time to make an epic speech, but at least he will have part in the RNC convention coming up on August 27. According to The Hill, Bewt Gingrich will host a series of “public policy workshops for delegates” at the Republican National Convention Tampa.
Biased left wing Fox News hack Shepard Smith disses Newt Gingrich after campaign suspension speech [VIDEO]
Looks like Newt Gingrich really burned his bridges when he dissed Fox News for being in the tank for Mitt Romney during the GOP primary season. Gingrich of course was right, any independent observer could notice the Romney bias on the network, and how sad they seemed to get when he lost primary states. Now that Santorum and Gingrich are gone, the only one left is Ron Paul. Fox News mainly ignores him anyway instead of trashing him. After Gingrich’s campaign suspension speech, Shepard Smith who Mark Levin rightly calls SHEMP Smith bagged on Gingrich for his speech. Even Ed Rollins, who I have some respect for joined Smith on the bandwagon dissing Newt. Gingrich was a Fox News contributor before running for president, something tells me he wouldn’t get that job back again.
Newt Gingrich was expected to, and did in fact suspend his campaign for president in a long winded speech about all the ideas he want’s to see evolve into policy one day. He even mentioned the Moon Colony. He made a few remarks about how Mitt Romney would be thousands times better than Obama as president, but never flat out endorsed him. Either Gingrich is still bitter over Romney’s attack ads, or he’s waiting for a later time to hold another press conference to endorse Romney. The race is officially now Romney Vs. Ron Paul.
Newt Gingrich releases video thanking all of his supporters before suspending campaign tommorow (Video)
Newt Gingrich will officially suspend his campaign for president tomorrow. Today, he released the following campaign video thanking all of his supporters for their help, and telling them that Obama must be defeated in November. This is no mention of Mitt Romney in the video.
The media on Friday was trying to make it sound like Newt Gingrich was about to drop out of the GOP race, and had cancelled all his upcoming campaign events. as usual, the pink slime media was full of sht as Newt Gingrich’s North Carolina campaign events are still on in the state.
Newt Gingrich interview on Fox News Sunday – If Mitt Romney gets to 1,144 delegates i’ll support him (Video)
Newt Gingrich sure sounded down on Fox News Sunday today with Brit Hume. Chris Wallace of course was with his family as Mike Wallace (his father) died at 93 on Saturday night. Brit Hume has been one of the biggest Romney shills on Fox News Sunday, and came off as very snotty towards Newt Gingrich. But Gingrich showed himself to be a better man, and answer every question Hume threw at him. Newt Gingrich said he will support Mitt Romney 100%, despite all the previous animosity between the two. Newt Gingrich knows (like I wish the ABRs would realize) that this election in November is the most important election our life time, and probably the most important election since 1860. Personally I think if Romney is the nominee and crushes Obama in November, Newt Gingrich would make a great cabinet member.
After Gingrich’s failed left wing attacks on Mitt Romney with Bain Capital and Romney’s smearing of Gingrich via Super Pac and campaign ads, it seems like the two might just be chums after all. According to The Other McCain, Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney had a “secret” meeting early in the morning this past Saturday before the Louisiana primary, at the hotel Romney was staying at. Gingrich doesn’t even deny the two met, but claims no “deal” was made between the two.
Newt Gingrich finally gets something right. Despite nutty Rick Santorum claiming Obama would be better than the “Etch-A-Sketch” candidate Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich disagrees. Romney and his super pacs have spent millions smearing Newt Gingrich when he was the front runner, and Gingrich is no fan of Romney. But on Twitter, Newt Gingrich said Rick Santorum is wrong.
Will Mitt Romney have enough money to buy the Alabama GOP primary? The primary is Tuesday, and the latest left wing PPP poll shows Mitt Romney leading Newt Gingrich by just one point, and Rick Santorum by two. Basically, it’s a three way tie for first place based on the margin of error in this poll. Looks like Tuesday may be a long night learning the winners of the primary as Mississippi is expected to close as well. I’m really shocked Romney is doing this well in Alabama. He must be running a ton of TV ads there or something.
This sounds interesting. Rick Santorum calls this a desperate hail mary. Most people figure that Newt Gingrich needs to win this coming Tuesday’s Alabama and Mississippi primaries if he is going to have any real chance of becoming the GOP nominee. Now, according to Fox News, there are rumors floating around that say preliminary “what-if” conversations are underway that could lead to a Gingrich-Perry ticket being announced prior to the Republican National Convention at the end of August. If there’s anybody that Rick Perry could beat in a debate, it would certainly be Joe Biden. Personally, I think whoever the GOP nominee is needs to have a strong running mate from a battle ground state. Texas is a lock for Republicans this year, so I don’t understand what Perry would bring to that ticket, other than maybe more conservative enthusiasm. If Gingrich is the GOP nominee, I don’t think there will be an enthusiasm gap for conservatives anyway.
With Alaska the last state to close their caucus and vote totals coming in late, they still don’t have a declared winner of their caucus yet at the time of this posting. Mitt Romney may win the Alaska caucuses as he is ahead by a few hundred votes. The other nine states on Super Tuesday went pretty much as expected (except maybe Ohio). Romney won five states, Massachusetts, Vermont, Virginia, Idaho and Ohio. Rick Santorum won three states: Oklahoma, Tennesee, and North Dakota. Newt Gingrich won one state, Georgia. Unless Ron Paul wins the Alaska caucuses, he will be the only candidate to not win a state on Super Tuesday. Below is the speeches from all the candidates.
