Senator-Elect Rand Paul Pushes Earmark Ban
Mitch McConnell sure can’t be too happy about this.He hasn’t even started his first day in the Senate yet, and already, Senator-elect Rand Paul is looking to STOMP out earmarks in the Senate. In an interview with Fox News, Rand Paul said:
“I think ear markings are bad. There is some symbolism. Definitely the symbolism is bad. And, I think it encourages people to vote for large appropriations bills, because all of a sudden Mrs. Smith gets a museum in your hometown.”
Rand Paul may launch tea party caucus in the Senate
STOMP! One of the progressive liberal’s worst nightmare is Kentucky Senator-elect Rand Paul. Now, progressives heads may explode again. According to the Daily Caller, Rand Paul said he plans to start by forming a “nucleus” of conservative senators and then reach out to colleagues in the House.
Rand Paul destroys Eliot Spitzer
There’s a reason why no one watches CNN, and especially this “Parker/Spitzer” show. They are nothing but a mouth piece for the left wing Democrats of America. People who are interested in such fluff have plenty of channels to choose from for this, including the alphabet networks, MSNBC, etc. While Rand Paul was being asked by Client Number Nine Spitzer about “what you would cut” from the Federal Budget, Rand Paul tries to answer, but continually gets interrupted by Spitzer.
Rand Paul now up by twelve over Jack Conway
Lets begin singing early.

HEY HEY, GOODBYE JACKASS!
This is the real Kentucky Head Stomp, except the head is Jack Conway’s chances of beating Rand Paul. Maybe I shouldn’t get too cocky with still a few days to ago, especially knowing all the dirty tactics progressives will try and use to steal this election. According to the latest Rasmussen Poll, Rand Poll leads Conway 53% to 41%. Slimy Bill Clinton is headed to Kentucky on Monday to campaign for Conway in a last ditch effort to try and help the fading Democrat. I’m sure he’ll have plenty of cigars on hand.

Kentucky Senate: Paul (R) 49% Conway (D) 42%
So much for the progressive liberal Democrats attempt to smear and slander Rand Paul and take his statements out of context. According to the latest Rasmussen poll, The U.S. Senate race in Kentucky is little changed from earlier this month, with Republican Rand Paul continuing to hold a lead over Democrat Jack Conway. The latest statewide telephone survey of Likely Voters shows Paul picking up 49% support to Conway’s 42%. Three percent (3%) would vote for some other candidate and six percent (6%) more are undecided. The main thing is that support for both nominees is virtually identical to results found earlier this month. With the exception of immediately after his primary win, Paul has received between 46% and 50% support in match-ups with Conway since January. During the same period, Conway has earned between 34% and 41% of the vote. The Democrat has never led in matchups between the two candidates. Among voters not affiliated with either major political party, Paul holds a 54% to 36% advantage.
Rand Paul destroys progressive liberal mouthpiece George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s Good Morning America
On Friday’s Good Morning America show, Rand Paul was the and right from the start former Bill Clinton staffer, and now ABC DNC mouthpiece George Stephanopoulos started attacking. As Newbusters puts it, the ABC host repeatedly touted liberal spin, prompting the Republican to mock, “Where do your talking points come from? The Democrat National Committee. They also come from Rachel Maddow and MSNBC.” Unlike most pansy Republicans who get attacked on these networks and just sit their and take a beating, Paul fired back. One of Rand Paul’s best responses to George Stephanopoulos was:
You know, I mean, if you want to bring up 40-year-old legislation, why don’t you bring me on with Senator Byrd. And we’ll talk about how he filibustered the Civil Rights Act. You know, make him, call him to task for something he actually did, as opposed to calling me to task for something that they insinuate that I might believe that is not true.
Stephanopoulos had not retort about Byrd, completely ignoring the question by Paul and not mentioning Byrd at all.

Rand Paul leads Jack Conway by 25 percentage points in first poll taken since primary!
With all the talk in the lame stream media and progressive nuts around the ‘net claiming Rand Paul’s primary win over Trey Grayson assures the Senate seat will go to Democrats once again are looking like idiots. Rand Paul, riding the momentum of his big Republican Primary win on Tuesday, now posts a 25-point lead over Democrat Jack Conway in Kentucky’s U.S. Senate race. Obviously there is a long way to go between now and November but for such a “weak” Republican candidate against such a “strong” Democrat candidate, these numbers should be a nice slap in the face to progressive liberals. The poll was conducted by Rasmussen.
