Janet Napolitano Would Step Down – When Obama Names Her to the Supreme Court

This story actually came out about two weeks ago, but we missed it. Thankfully NewsBusters picked up the story originally posted at National Review Online on December 15th. Chuck Todd, NBC’s official White House slurper was on the Laura Ingraham radio show and revealed something rather interesting. When Laura Ingraham asked Todd on her radio show which Cabinet official would leave next, Todd said it would be Janet Napolitano — so she can serve on the Supreme Court. Chuck Todd said this:

Its now Monday, July 13th, so you know what that means? Its none other than time to confirm the racist, sexist, ‘wise latina’, La Raza card carrying member Sonia Sotomayor to the U.S. Supreme Court. Its not a question as to whether the wise Latina Sotomayor will be confirmed, its just a matter of when, and by how many votes. For those claming that the GOP will go out of its way to throw up obstacles and impede progress, you are wrong. They have no power what so ever to “throw obstacles” and impede the racist/sexist Sotomayor’s confirmation. Much like the GOP has done over the last several years, they will just roll over, and Sotomayor will be confirmed.

La Raza Sotomayor’s racist fire fighter promotions decision OVERULED!

La Raza Sonia Sotomayor’s appointment to replace David Souter when he retires is looking even more and more controversial. Never mind La Raza Sotomayor’s racists and sexist cracks, and recent withdrawl from a womans group, but today lThe Supreme Court has ruled that white firefighters (and one Hispanic firefighter) in New Haven, Conn., were unfairly denied promotions because of their race, reversing a decision that high court nominee Sonia Sotomayor endorsed as an appeals court judge.

A new Rasmussen poll shows that a previous eight-point plurality favoring her confirmation to the Supreme Court has turned into a two-point plurality of opposition. (h/t Hotair).
