According to CNSNEWS, just two months before Judiciary Committee Republicans sent Elena Kagan a series of written questions about how she would handle recusing herself from cases she might have been involved in as solicitor general. Kagan lied on the questionnaire in reference to ObamaCARE questions, answering “No.” to questions asked if Kagan had ever been asked her opinion regarding the merits, or underlying legal issues, in Florida’s lawsuit against Obamacare. Yet her top deputy wrote Kagan a memo informing her that she had “substantially participated” in Obamacare.

Now it’s time to apply more pressure on Kagan to recuse herself from the ObamaCARE SCOTUS hearings. Throughout Elena Kagan’s career she has placed her politics above rule of law. So with the news that the Supreme Court will hear arguments over Arizona’s immigration law SB1070 probably in April of 2012, Kagan’s recusal comes as welcome news. Fox News reports that Kagan has recused herself, but no site mentions why the Marxist Justice decided to. 2012 is going to be one helluva year to determine this country’s future.

Elena Kagan must recuse herself from the ObamaCARE case that will eventually come before the Supreme Court! According to CNSNEWS, The House Judiciary Committee has launched an investigation to probe the involvement of Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan that she had in “health care legislation or litigation” when she was solicitor general. Kagan was responsible for defending the administration’s position in federal court cases, so she obviously has a conflict of interest.

Forty-nine House members call for investigation of Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan
And yet the stupid Senate Republicans allowed this fraud to be confirmed to the Supreme Court. According to CNSNEWS, 49 members of the U.S. House of Representatives which includes chairman of the House Oversight Committee and chairman of the Republican Policy Committee are calling for an investigation into SCOTUS Justice Elena Kagan. They are pointing to evidence they say is “contradictory” to Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan’s confirmation testimony and calling for the House Judiciary Committee to investigate the matter. If this is the case, my question is, why are only 49 House members calling for an investigation? Oh that’s right, the rest of the Republicans are just spineless cowards.

Well, more preciously Californians can thank the “moderate” Justice Kennedy and the four far left Marxists Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen G. Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan for the decision. As usual NBC under reports the amount of felons to be released at 32,000. Fox News reports that approximately 37,000 to 46,000 felons will have to be released in order for the state to comply with the ruling.

Busted! Obama appointed SCOTUS Justice Elena Kagan involved with crafting legal defense of Obamacare
Obama has appointed two radical Marxists to the Supreme Court. The first was the “wise-Latina” Sonya Sotomayor. The other was Elena Kagan, who wrote a college thesis on socialism, and was Solicitor General. Turns out Kagan was even more involved with Obama’s issues than was previously known. According to The Daily Caller, newly released documents reveal Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan was involved with crafting the legal defense of the Affordable Care Act aka ObamaCARE during her role as solicitor general. This was of course before Obama appointed the radical Kagan to the SCOTUS.

Another day, another activist judge appointed to the Supreme Court. It’s really no surprise to me at least. I knew the Republicans have no cajones (to borrow a phrase from Sarah Palin) to stop Kagan’s nomination. In fact, five so called Republicans voted YES to confirm Kagan:

All of a sudden, one Democrat is suddenly trying to distance himself from the party, but it’s too late. Ben Nelson of the Cornhusker kickback and Democrat from Nebraska voted no on Kagan. Ben Nelson becomes the first Democrat senator to vote against a Democrat court nominee since 1967 (Thurgood Marshall).
RINO Orrin Hatch says filibustering Kagan would be a ‘dirty thing to do’
Come on people of Utah! You are better than these two jokes of Senators you got! While one (soon to be ex) Utah Senator Bob Bennett is out crying like a baby about the Tea Party because he got destroyed in the primary, Orrin Hatch is now saying that a filibuster of Elena Kagan from the Republicans would be a ‘dirty thing to do.’ Orrin Hatch’s attitude represents exactly why the Republicans are where they are today. 42% oppose Kagan’s Confirmation. 36% approve
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely Voters shows that the plurality (42%) still opposes Kagan’s confirmation to the Supreme Court. Thirty-six percent (36%) favor her confirmation, and 22% are still undecided. These people aren’t stupid though. Eight-seven percent (87%) say it’s at least somewhat likely Kagan will be confirmed as a Supreme Court justice. They know that Republicans lack the backbone to oppose this radical nominee.

You might have heard progressive liberals heads explode earlier today when the Supreme Court upheld the second amendment when they ruled that the Second Amendment provides all Americans a fundamental right to bear arms, a long-sought victory for gun rights advocates who have chafed at federal, state and local efforts to restrict gun ownership. The court was considering a restrictive handgun law in Chicago and one of its suburbs that was similar to the District law that it ruled against in 2008. Washington Post has more:

Martin Ginsburg, the husband of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and a prominent lawyer, has died at an age of 78. According to the AP, Martin Ginsburg died at home Sunday from complications of metastatic cancer. The Ginsburgs had been married 56 years and met on a blind date as undergraduates at Cornell University.

42% Oppose Elena Kagan’s Confirmation for SCOTUS, only 35% Favor
With all the stuff coming out on Elena Kagan, proving what a far left whack job she really is, people are taking note of it, and don’t want to see her confirmed to the SCOTUS. Forty-two percent (42%) of U.S. voters now believe Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan should not be confirmed following the Senate hearings scheduled to begin next week. That’s up a whopping nine points from the week President Obama announced her nomination and the highest level of opposition to date in Rasmussen Reports! Only 35% of those polled think she should be confirmed.

National Review has learned that in 1996, Kagan apparently tied the NRA to the KKK — yes, the KKK — while debating the Clinton administration’s position on a bill. The bill in question was the Volunteer Protection Act, which, when it was passed and signed the following year, protected some non-profits’ volunteer workers from tort liability in certain cases. The administration worried that it would apply to volunteers from unlikable non-profits.
Princeton University’s Daniel J. Linke threatens RedState.com to take down Elena Kagen’s thesis
On Thursday, RedState.com got a hold of socialism loving Elena Kagen’s college thesis. They posted the thesis in PDF format so people could read it. By Friday, RedState.com got a threatening e-mail from University Archivist and Curator of Public Policy Papers Daniel J. Linke to take down the thesis due to copyright violations. RedState has since complied with this request, but that brings up the bigger question. What is Obama/Kagen and Princeton trying to hide? Maybe I don’t know copyright law very well but since is a student’s college thesis considered copyrighted material of the university? Maybe I should read about this on google or something since I’ve never heard of such a thing before. I’ll just be sure not to use any public location WiFi access so Google doesn’t collect my personal info. By now, the thesis is probably floating around the net somewhere so if you are interested in reading about Kagan’s love of socialism that she wrote about, you should try some search engines.

Another day, another RINO. Scott Brown is proving to be your prototypical RINO congressman. I guess that’s what we have come to expect from Northeastern state Republicans, and especially from a state like the People’s Republic of Massachusetts. Senator Scott Brown met with Elena Kagan this afternoon and took the opportunity to ask about her attempt to bar military recruiters from Harvard Law School. Kagan’s move to bar recruiters from a campus facility – because, she said, the military’s “Don’t ask, don’t tell” policy was discriminatory and “profoundly wrong” – has emerged as the biggest conservative talking point against her nomination. Brown, however, seemed satisfied with the solicitor general’s explanation. But as is typical for RINO cowards, Scott Brown was satisfied with her answer:

Kagan Asked Court to ‘Embrace Theory of First Amendment That Would Allow Censorship Not Only of Radio and Television Broadcasts, But Pamphlets and Posters’

Elena Kagan is the PERFECT nomination for progressive liberals and this regime. According to CNSNEWS, then Solicitor General Elena Kagan, told that court in September that Congress could constitutionally prohibit corporations from engaging in political speech such as publishing pamphlets that advocate the election or defeat of a candidate for federal office. Kagan’s argument that the government could prohibit political speech by corporations was rejected by a 5-4 majority of the Supreme Court in the case of Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission. Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote the majority opinion in that case, and in a scathing concurrence Chief Justice John Roberts took direct aim at Kagan’s argument that the government could ban political pamphlets.
