So Wasserman-Schultz, following the Marxist Democrat plan of “blame the tea party” once again claimed it was the tea party’s fault for the shooting. FreedomWorks has created a petition demanding Wasserman-Schultz apologize. At the time of this posting, it already has over 1,100 signatures.

Oh, this is the same Debbie Wasserman-Schultz who yesterday told Shepard Smith that Obama hasn’t kept his promise to close Gitmo yet because the “Republican Congress” didn’t allow him.

“I understand the frustrations being expressed in those protests,” Obama told ABC News senior White House correspondent Jake Tapper in the interview to air this evening on ABC News “Nightline” from Jamestown, N.C.
“In some ways, they’re not that different from some of the protests that we saw coming from the Tea Party. Both on the left and the right, I think people feel separated from their government. They feel that their institutions aren’t looking out for them,” he said.

Yea, Obama is that braindead. The Occupy Wall Street loons don’t feel “separated” from government. They want MORE government, to coddle them for rest of their pathetic little lives.

Despite President Obama’s repeated claims to change the tone in Washington, the White House had no comment this afternoon after Teamsters Union leader James Hoffa, speaking at an event before President Obama, said of Tea Party activists that, come November, Democrats should “take these sons of bitches out.”
Warming up the crowd before President Obama’s Labor Day speech in Detroit this afternoon, Hoffa warned the largely union crowd that the Tea Party was waging a “war on workers.”
“We got to keep an eye on the battle that we face: The war on workers. And you see it everywhere, it is the Tea Party. And you know, there is only one way to beat and win that war. The one thing about working people is we like a good fight. And you know what? They’ve got a war, they got a war with us and there’s only going to be one winner. It’s going to be the workers of Michigan, and America. We’re going to win that war,” Hoffa told thousands of workers gathered for the annual event organized by the Detroit Labor Council.
“President Obama, this is your army. We are ready to march…Everybody here’s got a vote…Let’s take these sons of bitches out and give America back to an America where we belong,” he concluded.

After today the story will probably fade away as the media will ignore this veiled threat.

Like many stories, it started with a tip from a source who was inside the tense Aug. 1 Democratic meeting with Biden as the debt negotiations reached a critical point. This is how much of the reporting works on Capitol Hill — reporters stand outside closed conference rooms, emailing people inside those meetings while waiting to buttonhole lawmakers as they leave. After hearing from the first source, the two POLITICO reporters on the story, Jonathan Allen and John Bresnahan, quickly confirmed Biden’s words with three other sources who were in the same room. They also contacted a fifth source, who confirmed the basic reporting. The original tip came in at about 1 p.m. Aug. 1, and POLITICO spent the next few hours in contact with the vice president’s office, which was aware of what the story was going to say and had been given several hours to respond by the time the story posted at 4 p.m.

“We sought a response from the vice president’s office and after our interaction with Biden’s office, we were confident our story was accurate,” Allen said.

The original story was also clear about the context of Biden’s remarks, noting that he was responding to someone else. According to our reporting, Rep. Mike Doyle (D-Pa.) said “we have negotiated with terrorists,” and the story quotes Biden agreeing, saying: “They have acted like terrorists.”

To be clear, the quotes came to POLITICO from sources both in real time from the meeting and immediately after the meeting, so the comments were fresh from the sources involved.

As usual, Obama deflects and whines about how he’s been called names too. As usual, very Presidential.
