The two men exchanged as many as 20 emails, according to U.S. officials, and Awlaki declared Hasan a hero.
The chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, Connecticut independent Sen. Joe Lieberman, said the military has become a “direct target of violent Islamist extremism” within the United States.

During the teach-in, Ayers preached inclusion. When asked if violence was a necessary step to increase the Occupy movement, Ayers tells the listeners violence is not the answer instead protesters should use their brilliance, humor, wisdom and body to “dramatize the violence that exists”.
“We do not live in a neutral, non-violent. Not when there is a trillion dollar military budget, the biggest in the world. Not when they are recruiting kids to be in the service. Not when every athletic event begins with guns and marching. That’s a violent culture and that is where we live,” said Ayers. “A real revolution involves the masses of people transforming themselves and that is going to require a hell of a lot more than your gun against the some other guy’s gun.”

After the foiled Saudi and Israel embassy bombings by Iran in America, I wonder if this was the second round from Iran? According to Fox News/AP, a terrorist Muslim opened fire with an automatic weapon Friday in what authorities called a terrorist attack on the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo Bosnia. Or as the Obama regime would call it, a man caused disaster. Remember Sarajevo? They held the 1984 Winter Olympics before Yugoslavia split. Thankfully, no one yet has died from the radical Muslim’s terrorist attack. Just one cop injured. Almost like one of the various Occupy riots. The Muslim terrorist was also injured and captured.

Sarajevo Mayor Alija Behmen said the gunman “got off a tram with a Kalashnikov and started shooting at the American Embassy.” Witnesses told Bosnian television that the man urged pedestrians to move away, saying he was targeting only the embassy.
One police officer guarding the building was wounded before police surrounded the gunman. After a 30-minute standoff, the sound of a single shot echoed and AP video showed the shooter slump to the ground.
Police arrested the wounded man — who one of Bosnia’s three presidents said is a foreigner — and took him away in an ambulance as pedestrians cowered behind buildings and vehicles.

“We voted for our brother, Barack, beautiful human being with a sweet heart and now he is an assassin, they’ve turn him into them,” Farrakhan told a crowd in New York in reaction to Obama’s efforts depose “Brother Gadhafi.”

Abdul Akbar Muhammad, international representative of Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam, told The Daily Caller that Obama’s position on Libya was completely wrong, but that he doesn’t want his words to fuel the “racist” tea party.

“Obama, his position, is absolutely wrong. To use drone attacks to kill people, just like what happened in Yemen, we have the ability to bring people to trial. Newsbusters recalls how PBS in 1986 called Qaddafi an Islamic Hero. That of course was the taxpayer-funded PBS documentary series by an Islamic professor that honored Qadhafi as “brilliant.”

Then of course there was this leaked Wikileaks cable in which the warmonger RINO John McCain promised to help Qaddafi. Today, McCain is going all over the media praising Obama for the rebels killing and capturing Qaddafi. Back in August of 2009, the warmonger McCain was out praising Qaddafi, even calling on Congress to expand ties with Qaddafi’s government.

There are plenty more of these hypocrites and media lickers. Hopefully I’ll find them later. If not, you can always Google it!

Who would have thunk it? Abdel Basset al-Megrahi outlives Qaddafi. Even with the rebels catching and killing Qaddafi, it cost this country over a billion dollars in “leading from behind” helping the European countries protect their oil interests. I guess it’s still not a bad deal. Seeing a bullet put into Qaddafi’s head after all these years still has a certain gratification to it. I can’t wait to hear Farrakhan and Rev. Wright’s reaction.

Fox News has learned that two Predator drones hovering above al-Awlaki’s convoy fired the Hellfire missiles which killed the terror leader. According to a senior U.S. official, the operation was carried out by Joint Special Operations Command, under the direction of the CIA. A total of four people were killed in the attack.

“Matching up a terrorist with a shoulder-fired missile, that’s our worst nightmare,” said Sen. Barbara Boxer, D.-California, a member of the Senate’s Commerce, Energy and Transportation Committee.

The nightmare has been made real with the discovery in Libya that an estimated 20,000 portable, heat-seeking missiles have gone missing from unguarded Army weapons warehouses.

The missiles, four to six-feet long and Russian-made, can weigh just 55 pounds with launcher. They lock on to the heat generated by the engines of aircraft, can be fired from a vehicle or from a combatant’s shoulder, and are accurate and deadly at a range of more than two miles.

While it remains unclear how many aircraft are involved, the trend has reportedly increased in recent weeks.

On the day before 9/11, the United States was at peace, had a large budget surplus, and oil was trading at $28 a barrel. Today, the United States is engaged in military operations across the globe, has a deficit of $1.5 trillion, the largest in its history, and oil is at $115 a barrel.

Few people remember today what the Boer War was about, but what they do know is around that time, at the beginning of the 20th century, Great Britain spent a great many of its resources and, more important, its attention policing the world and neglected to focus on maintaining its industrial and economic competitiveness, strength, and energy.

America is not fated to follow that path, but it’s time we focus on the big challenges that we face — staying competitive in a new global era — and make the hard changes and adjustments we need to at home.

The Taliban set off a truck bomb on an American base in eastern Afghanistan Saturday night, wounding nearly 80 Americans and killing five Afghan civilians in a deadly strike that served as a fresh reminder of the consequences of the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
The bombing took place on the same weekend that the world is commemorating the 10th anniversary of the deadliest attack on U.S. soil that killed nearly 3,000 Americans and led to the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Just hours before the bombing, the Taliban vowed to keep fighting U.S. forces in Afghanistan until all American troops leave the country. The insurgent movement also stressed that it had no role in the Sept. 11 attacks.

The Airbus 318 taxied to a pad away from the terminal and police took three passengers into custody, Kowalchuck said. The three escorted off the plane in handcuffs included two men and a woman, passenger Ilona Hajdar, of Charlotte, Mich., told The Associated Press.

She said she realized there was a problem when the plane’s bridge didn’t extend at the gate. The plane then rolled to a remote spot on the airfield. After about a half hour, police SWAT boarded.

“Everybody, put your hands on the seat rest in front of you. Don’t move,’” said Hajdar, 27, who had been asleep for most of the flight and on board with her 2 1/2-year-old daughter.

None of the six (so far) involved have had their names released, and the media has been very quiet about these two incidents.
