Nevada Republican Causes – February 4, 2012

There was no drama or surprises at the Nevada Republican caucuses. After Romney’s win in Florida, he was expected to win these caucuses with ease. And he did. Mitt Romney won the Nevada caucuses with just over 50% of the total vote. Newt Gingrich came in second, Ron Paul third, and Rick Santorum was last. Nevada is also known to have a substantial Mormon population, which also helped Mitt Romney.
