Ron Paul will NOT endorse Libertarian Party nominee Gary Johnson for president

ron-paul-nutjobRon Paul who said yesterday he will no longer spend money on his campaign. Paul has not suspended his campaign, and is still technically running, but he realizes that he wouldn’t get enough delegates to become the nominee regardless if he stayed in the race or not. Ron Paul isn’t stupid. He knows that he can bring a lot of enthusiasm to the GOP ticket this fall, if they adopt some of his domestic policies. Ron Paul also wants to give a big speech in Tampa at the convention this summer. That’s why he left the door open to endorsing Mitt Romney, and ruled out endorsing Libertarian Party nominee Gary Johnson for president.

Ron Paul stops campaigning – but doesn’t officially suspend

ron-paul-nutjobRon Paul has said to the Washington Times that he will not compete in primaries of any of the states that haven’t voted yet. There’s no official announcement from Paul himself (at the time of this) at his site, so I don’t know what to think of this. Ron Paul certainly isn’t lacking from campaign money as he raises tons of money. So this comes as a bit of a surprise to me. Lets hope Romney is smart enough to sit down with Dr. Paul and listen to some of his ideas for policy (domestically.) Ron Paul hasn’t dropped out of the race though, technically he’s still in the race unlike Santorum and Gingrich who suspended their campaigns.

Ron Paul gets at least half of delegates from Minnesota caucuses

ron-paul-nutjobRemember the Minnesota caucuses back on February 7th? That was the disastrous night for Mitt Romney where Rick Santorum won three states. Minnesota, Colorado and the Missouri “beauty contest” primary. Ron Paul came in second in Minnesota behind Rick Santorum and Romney ended up third. Santorum won with 45% of the vote while Paul had about 27%. Now that Rick Santorum is gone, the delegates from that caucus didn’t go to Mitt Romney. Half of Minnesota’s 40 delegates went to Ron Paul.

Super Tuesday speeches from Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul

mccain-romneyWith Alaska the last state to close their caucus and vote totals coming in late, they still don’t have a declared winner of their caucus yet at the time of this posting. Mitt Romney may win the Alaska caucuses as he is ahead by a few hundred votes. The other nine states on Super Tuesday went pretty much as expected (except maybe Ohio). Romney won five states, Massachusetts, Vermont, Virginia, Idaho and Ohio. Rick Santorum won three states: Oklahoma, Tennesee, and North Dakota. Newt Gingrich won one state, Georgia. Unless Ron Paul wins the Alaska caucuses, he will be the only candidate to not win a state on Super Tuesday. Below is the speeches from all the candidates.

CNN Arizona Republican Debate – winner (in my opinion) was Ron Paul

ron-paul-nutjobThis really pains me to say it. But Ron Paul won the CNN Arizona Republican debate in my opinion. He gave great answers and fiscal issues, and didn’t come across  as a loon on foreign policy. Even though I disagree with his stance on Iran getting nukes, what he said made sense too. I’ll also give Mitt Romney credit. He did well too. And Newt Gingrich was much better than he was in the Florida, but didn’t have the “homerun” moment he needed to get back up in the polls. The clear loser of this debate (in my opinion) was Rick Santorum.  Santorum is my favorite at the moment of the four candidates, but he came off as whiny, and didn’t have good answers when challenged by Paul and Mittens. You can think what you want, but that’s just my opinion. I’ll post some videos later. One of the funniest moments was when Ron Paul called Rick Santorum a phony.

ron-paul-nutjobOnly Mitt Romney and Ron Paul will be on the Super Tuesday GOP primary ballot in Virginia. Mittens is expected to easily beat Ron Paul on that day according to a couple polls released days ago. However, in a head to head match up with the Marxist Obama, Ron Paul ties him at 43% in the Christopher Newport University conducted the poll/ The sample size if of 1018 registered Virginia voters over February 4-13, 2012 period with a margin of error for the whole sample is +/- 3.1 percent.

Ron Paul to Candy Crowley – Social Conservatism: ‘I Think It’s a Losing Position’

candy-crowleyI’m not as big on social conservative issues as some people (like Rick Santorum.) But will hurt conservatives during this election cycle? Progressive liberal media hacks like CNN’s Candy Crowley are hoping it will, and Ron Paul thinks it’s a losing position.

Romney, Santorum, and Ron Paul beat Obama in Iowa

ron-paul-nutjobIowa has voted Republican once for president since 1984. The year was 2004 when DUBYA beat John Heinz Kerry. In every other presidential election including George H.W. Bush’s landslide victory in 1988, Iowa has voted Democrat. But according to the latest Des Moines Register poll posted at Hotair, three of the four GOP candidates would beat the Marxist Obama in November. The candidate who does best against Obama is Ron Paul. Yes, Ron Paul actually leads Obama by seven points at 49% to 42%.

Ron Paul may actually end up winning Maine caucuses after all

ron-paul-nutjobWell Mitt Romney was declared the winner of the Iowa caucuses originally by a whopping 8 votes. Then weeks later after a recount it was learned that Rick Santorum actually won the Iowa Caucuses and Mittens was second. Now Mitt Romney may be stripped of “winner” status in the Maine caucuses. According to CBS, Maine GOP officials are now engaged in a recount. As mentioned a few days ago, numbers have already changed, but the Maine GOP refused to make them public. The whole thing revolves around the rescheduled Washington County caucus, which Paul claims he won big. Apparently it wasn’t counted last week when it postponed due to bad weather.

What are they hiding? Maine GOP adds missing caucus votes, but wouldn’t release them to the public

ron-paul-nutjobI’m not into the Ron Paul and his followers nutty conspiracy theories, but Ron Paul actually winning the Maine caucus instead of Romney and the GOP hiding it, I’m starting to believe. According to the Daily Caller, the Maine Republican Party has updated and added additional votes “accidentally” omitted from last Saturday’s Maine caucus. However Maine’s state party chairman Charlie Webster said those votes won’t be publicly released. Why? Do they have something to hide?

Super Tuesday Virginia GOP primary poll: Romney 68%, Ron Paul 19% (Santorum and Gingrich not on ballot)

mitt-romneyThis is about as expected as you can get without Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum on the ballot. In Virginia, a Super Tuesday primary state, Mitt Romney smashes Ron Paul 68% to 19%. 13% are still undecided. The Quinnipiac University poll surveyed 1,544 registered voters.

Ron Paul now second nationally, Rick Santorum up in latest Reuters/Ipsos poll GOP poll

ron-paul-nutjobWhile Newt Gingrich has plummeted 19 points in the latest Reuters/Ipsos poll GOP poll, Ron Paul and Rick Santorum are moving up to try and challenge Mittens. According to the poll Romney still leads with 29% of the national GOP vote. Ron Paul has now moved into second place at 21% of the vote, an increase of five points since the latest Reuters poll. Rick Santorum is also on the move. He is up five points to 18%. If this poll is any indication, Mittens isn’t the “anointed one” and there will be a fight for the GOP nomination.

Ron Paul will skip Florida primary to focus on Nevada and Minnesota

ron-paul-nutjobThe Paulians wouldn’t be heading to Florida apparently as Ron Paul has decided to skip competing in the Sunshine State, and instead focus on February caucus states Nevada and Minnesota. Ron Paul will not compete in Florida’s Republican primary, instead focusing on the February caucus states of Nevada and Minnesota. Florida is an expensive market to compete in, and according to the Daily Caller, Paul wants to be as “frugal” as possible. I’ll assume this means Paul wouldn’t be at the two debates coming up this week, as Daily Caller doesn’t indicate otherwise.

GOP establishment Bill Kristol: Ron Paul should leave the Republican Party

rnc-logoYou’ve probably seen Bill Kristol. He usually appears on Fox News Sunday or “Special Report” during the week with that annoying grin on face. He is also a RINO, Republican establishment tool. Obviously he doesn’t like Ron Paul, or anyone who doesn’t toe the establishment line, like a Mitt Romney. On C-SPAN, he suggested that Ron Paul should leave the Republican Party. While Ron Paul (to me) is a disaster on foreign policy, he has other policies that I agree with, and many younger voters also agree with. If the Republican Party is going to be the “big tent” party, they would be foolish to ignore those who lean libertarian. Of course Paulbots may start going after Kristol now because he’s a “Zionist” or something.

CNN poll: Mitt Romney AND Ron Paul statistically tied with Barack Marxist Obama

mitt-romneyIs CNN manipulating polls for Mittens again? The latest CNN poll shows Romney leading Obama by one point in a head to head match up. Ron Paul trials the Marxist by only two points at 48-46%. Both Romney and Paul are basically in a statistic tie with OMarxist as the differences fall withing the margin or error. Who does the worst in this poll? Newt Gingrich. He trials Obama by nine points, while Rick Santorum trials by six.

Bill Maher praises Ron Paul, admits his audience is nothing but ‘brainwashed liberals’

bill-maherSomething really odd is going on this country when even piles of steaming feces like Bill Maher have a rare moment of truth. Bill Maher was praising Ron Paul, mainly because of his foreign policy (which he has been consistent about over his “political career.”) At the very least, Ron Paul isn’t a flip flopper like the Republican “candidates” we have running this year. While I may not like Paul’s foreign policy myself, more and more people these days do. And as I see the fascist Republicans working with Democrats to try and censor the Internet, I’m very slowly being drawn into being a Paulian. With panel that includes poodle head Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and meathead Rob Reiner, Maher the tard admitted what anyone who isn’t a far left Marxist has known for years. That his audience is nothing but a bunch of brainwashed liberals. Welcome to reality Mahertard.

Video: Ron Paul on Iran: We should empathize with them, they are victims of terrorism

ron-paul-nutjobI’m trying to choke back the tears for the “poor victims” of the terrorism in Iran. After one of Iran’s nuclear scientists went kaboom and got blown into fourteen or fifteen bite sized pieces, Ron Paul is in mourning. He said today on Megyn Kelly’s America Live program that we should “empathize” with poor Iran, as they are victims of terrorism. Maybe we should all have a faux emotional meltdown like the people of North Korea did when Kim Jong Il became Kim Jong Dead.

PPP South Carolina Republican Primary poll: Mittens leads, Ron Paul gaining

ron-paul-nutjobPPP has been the least accurate of the “major” polling outfits so far with Iowa and New Hampshire. So we’ll see how accurate (or lack there of) PPP turns out for South Carolina. This poll, like others finds Mitt Romney with a slim lead in South Carolina, and Newt Gingrich trialing. But this poll also shows Ron Paul gaining on both front runners, as he stands at 15%, or third in the poll, which beats Rick Santorun.  Ron Paul has gained six points in this poll since the New Hampshire primary, while both Romney and Gingrich are basically at the same percentages.

Ron Paul destroys MSNBC hack Mark “Dick” Halperin on Morning Joe
